Have not had Wendy’s food in over a decade and decided to give it a try. I had a Dave’s Single with cheese and to my surprise it was enjoyable. It was hot and fresh and the cheese was actually melted. The store was very clean and the staff were friendly. A+ I’ll visit again

I found a piece of straight brown hair in my Cinnabon. It was really disgusting to take a bite of the Cinnabon and pull a piece of hair (that is not mine) out of my mouth. I usually like going to this Wendy’s, but the result of this visit was quite disappointing.

I forgot my breakfast eggs, which I’ve been buying for a while. I took my coffee and drove . I worked less than a minute away. I called the manager and told her I would have someone pick it up for as my shift had already started. To my surprise, a worker showed up with my eggs. Amazing customer service. Kudos to the staff.

Ok, I know when you’re busy you might make a mistake or two. But, get an order wrong every time we order from this specific store. It’s crazy. I ordered a sandwich on a croissant as shown on the app what do I get; a biscuit. I ordered a fruit punch what do I get; a peach drink. It was my son’s breakfast before work. He doesn’t like peach. But, like I said before it’s not the first time. I am taking this personal, and posting my frustration.
