After completing a 12-hour shift at the hospital, I was extremely tired and hadn’t had a chance to eat. I usually order from the Panda Express in Canton, but this time I chose the location closer to my home for convenience.
Unfortunately, when I arrived home and opened my order, the food was cold and the shrimp tasted old. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. The person who answered asked what the issue was, and when I asked if she was the manager, she responded that she was the manager on duty and stated her name was Alyssa (I believe).
I explained my order and let her know that the shrimp was not fresh. Her response was to bring the food back with the receipt. I explained that I had just completed a 12-hour shift and was not able to return to the store. However, she repeated that I would need to bring the food back with the receipt.
At that point, I requested a refund instead, as returning immediately was not reasonable given my circumstances. The interaction felt very dismissive and lacked empathy or customer care.
This was a very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I will be reaching out to the company directly regarding this matter.

It was my first tiem there and was not happy with one of the dish portion. Order the Firecracker Steak & Shrimp, Orange chicken with half fried rice and half broccoli. The portion on the Firecracker Steak & Shrimp was basically 4 pieces of meat and two pieces of shrimp. Not sure why they charged $1.50 extra if they are not going to give you the same portion as the other dish. Panda should do something about it. Anyways not happy with my order :/

If I wanted shrimp I would’ve have ordered shrimp but I can’t! Since I’m allergic! I ordered late a night before closing , I submitted an online order for fried rice and orange chicken only to get some type of steak meat with shrimp! And fried rice! This is super lazy of a company you could’ve had the delivery driver reach out to me if you were going to pull a move like this!

This place never have have food ready to be served on the line. The bowls are always always empty and it be mid day and the customers and dashers ALWAYS have to wait a long time while the cook try to hurry to make some more food to put out… yall please get it together this is a fast food restaurant yall never have anything ready. The customers wanna eat and leave and the dashers are on a time limit. We need to get paid just like yall do.The staff is rude especially that older Asian looking lady and yall don’t have space to be rude.. keep some nice hot food ready cause yall food line is trash and the cook rushes to fix a dish is why the broccoli hard and chicken undone.

I visited Panda Express at Forney, Texas around 9:10:04 pm on January 05th 2025. I am extremely disappointed with service and the food portions were noticeably smaller than expected it almost looks like a kids meal, when I politely inquired about it, the server was rude and dismissive. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. I wonder if owner and manager care about the review anymore, I see way too many 1 star review for this location than any other Panda Express in 30 miles radius. Not Sure Panda Express Franchise itself care about this dissatisfied review.

This is the best Panda Express we have ever been. It was around 730pm on a Sunday, mothers Day, and the restaurant employees were there happy and constantly cleaning and putting fresh food. My son, who is 13, wants everyone to know how good it was. He even saved the same for the next day to eat at school lunch.

It’s the amount of food they give you for the money. I order here all the time and it’s getting to be less and less food. I always order 2 meat plate today was the worse. I also ordered a side of chicken and the plate was sad. Now the right is me putting the sesame chicken in one hole left is me spreading it out. Really thsts not two meats when you order sesame chicken I notice it’s more veggies and not a full serving of meat.

This used to be one of my favorite Panda Express restaurants. Well new owner alert! This guy owns the one in Terrell and I don’t think his customer service is the greatest. I stopped going to the Terrell one and now I guess I’ll find another one. I ordered a plate and found a piece of plastic cooked in my Super Greens. He did apologize and he did replace my order but there’s just a different vibe unfortunately.

So the food I got was wrong.. I called and spoke to the manager 8/3/23 roughly around 5 ish… he wanted me to inconvenience myself by bringing the food back to the establishment when I was already home.. after a long days work by the way… I was but then I thought to myself why would I do that?I used my gas to come to a place to grab quick dinner and this wasn’t my fault…I paid for the right food… YOU gave me the wrong food… I literally go to that place almost 2 to three times a week because it’s so convenient… but you just lost me…. I won’t be back for a while… food was dry and they gave me these horrible packets instead of the container of teriyaki sauce…

Very good dinner place. They have a wide variety of meats and vegetables and they also offer extras like spring rolls. They have some juices. And you can order fried rice and the noodles mixed if u want both.
