The food is good, but the workers here are the dimmest bunch of light bulbs I’ve ever seen. This happens every time. They’ll tell you your order isn’t ready yet, then they’ll pack it and stick it on a shelf and let you wait another 5 minutes until someone else comes and asks you which order was yours. I feel like 1 or 2 people here actually care but they’re stuck doing the important job of making the food good. The ones running the front counter are space cadets every time.

This location is so unorganized. One guy waited 45 minutes for his order. We waited 40 minutes. My order was placed yesterday online.
I had to go to the counter 3 times to see what the holdup was the third time someone said Wagner order I have that sitting in the back. When I got there they gave me five if the fifteen orders. They need customer service training. They are very rude. The one lady putting the tags on the bags was the rudest. Some guy waiting for a Doordash order showed his phone and said the person’s name she looked at him and said very nasty I NO WHO YOU ARE .

First time I’ve had Jersey Mike’s, Danny Devito talked me into it via the commercials, lol. Tried the Club Sub and WOW was it fantastic! Loved seeing the meat sliced just for my sub. Fantastic sub, I will be getting more from them.

I found a large finger or toe nail in my sandwich. I have been coming to this place for years and never had a problem. I love their food but after this happened, I will not be returning. The manager was very apologetic and I appreciated that. But there should be a thorough investigation in which employee has a nail biting habit and may be flinging their nails in their food.

My wife is diabetic and was dizzy and needed something to eat. We were across from jersey mikes at another store and went there because it was the closest and we usually go there weekly. I ordered two giant sandwiches and one regular. Regular for my wife and two giants to share with my daughter and two grandchildren. The bill was 44 dollars and change. I proceeded to give the employee a fifty dollar bill and she refused to take it. I told her that was the smallest I had and she still refused to take it. Didnt they ever hear of paper money markers?No signs anywhere in the store telling customers they don’t take fifties. I felt like I wasn’t trusted and as if they thought I was a criminal. After being a loyal customer here since they opened this store, I can’t believe I was treated like that. Totally wrong.

Jersey Mike’s Spring Ridge Strip Mall, Wyomissing, PA is a favorite stop for my wife and I when a quick lunch or dinner is on the schedule. Always cheerful and friendly staff, this time including: Melissa, Lola, Veronica, and Alexis, were awesome and made the experience extra memorable! My choice today was: “The Original Italian on white roll, Mike’s Way. LTO, pickles, jalapeños, banana peppers, and lots of oil and vinegar. I forgot to say, Giant Original Italian! They even treated me to a free chocolate chip cookie; how about that! I had my first Jersey Mike’s sub many year ago in the LA, CA area, and have been a fan ever since! When my associates and I travel and looking for a satisfying place to fill up our bellies, we watch for the exits with a Jersey Mike’s store; always consistent and enjoyable. I must add, if I go to JM’s and forget to order one for my wife, I’m in the doghouse!
