This Panda Express is one hot mess!!! Every time I go through the drive thru I have to sit at the menu for about 5 minutes before they take my order and that’s just the beginning. The wait you’re going to endure after you order is about 3 times that long. As I write this, there are 5 cars waiting on food here. Before you come here, ask yourself, how much time you have to sit and wait on food that was made awhile ago. Just took me 20 minutes to get my food, in fact I had to go inside to get it!!!!! I’M OVER THIS PLACE!!!

Not very impressed with the service tonight. I requested for my food order with cream cheese ragoon and I had to wait for new ones to be made. Azul, a server, apparently ignored my position and skipped me to serve other customers and finished off the ragoon without asking how many orders nor offering and explanation or apologies. Very disappointing

Used to be good. Food still is, but management has caused it to go down hill. They charge $10 for a large order of spring rolls and tell you that gets you 8 of them. It is only $1.95 for two. That’s less than a dollar a spring roll, but $10+ for just 8?? Even after paying they did not give me any of the spring rolls. How do you forget that large part of an order? They also tried to pass off sweet fire chicken as sweet and sour chicken! When showing them the set l sweet and sour next to the sweet fire the manager insisted that the sweet fire was the same as the sweet and sour. Look at the picture and decide for yourself.
Food the management issue ASAP before your customer base goes somewhere else.
