Well hot damn I was expecting to go here to be highly disappointed but I was actually pleasantly surprised the food was hot fresh and it tasted pretty damn good especially considering horrible past experiences at different locations! I went to the Bryant location once and I’m not kidding they actually gave me burnt crispy chicken, parts of it were black it was unbelievable but this place really made my day!!!

We were in the drive-thru and it was a long line of about 7-9 cars and I had a complicated order for multiple people with lots of no this on the taco and extra that on the burrito etc etc and the staff on duty at the time moved very quickly and efficiently so even though the line was long it only took maybe 10-12 minutes to get my order. Not only was it quick considering the line but it was hot and fresh and even single “special” item was correct. I was very impressed and appreciative. I’ve also had previous experiences at this store when something isn’t made how I ordered (picky kids) they have been very nice and fixed it quickly. Very nice experiences here

I live in Heber Springs, the one time I’ve been back to this location in 2 years, only because my kids requested it tonight. Ticket shows right what I ordered but the bag of food was completely wrong, go back through to have them correct it, and they made a completely different order ♀️ Just baffles me how little effort they put into making it right. I even went around and parked so they could continue to take care of others in the drive through. They forgot about me. Is what it is. Won’t be back. Too expensive for it to always be wrong.

I really don’t enjoy complaining but this is ridiculous lol. I was excited to try the new street chalupa box, the chalupas were pretty much empty (I’ll include photos) the five layer beef burrito was the worst I ever got, not proportioned well and the tortilla was stale and hard. I know you guys can do better.

The Baja blast pie is very over priced for something that should be $10 dollars but looked good and tasted good but isn’t worth $21 dollars I can get a apple pie much much bigger for $10 but $21 for a small pie is stupid ridiculous

Overnight crew needs to stay off the phone while in the kitchen ALL FOOD WAS HORRIBLE Recently just went through the drive-thru in order of food for my family clear instructions on what not do have on the food however while waiting in the Drive-Thru I see workers on their cell phone and messed up and put jalapeno sauce on my food and didn’t give me chips for my cheese sauce and the 1st Baja blast didn’t taste right handed back and he then handed me another one and it tasted the exact same

Staff was nice. But the new chicken taco/sandwich is lackluster at best. Taco bell must be running out of ideas. Everything they put out has to have chipotle sauce on it. Me personally. I don’t like it. All that’s on this menu item is Chicken, chipotle sauce on a flat bread. I switched it to avacado ranch. It costs extra to switch sauces. For $2.49 each they’re not worth it. Very dry if you don’t get a sauce. They could’ve at least added lettuce and cheese. Just my opinion.
