I am a regular visitor to Panda Express and this location is my first time. On the way to Arkansas went to this location Panda Express and the food was very good as expected. Good variety like other branches and the interior was bright and neatness was maintained well and there is enough parking space.

I dont like to leave bad reviews because you never know how someones day has been but this restaurant has some issues. I love this restaurant we used to eat panda at jax,fl location and here in benton. The first time we walked in this location it had looked like someone had, had a food fight. There was food everywhere, messy tables, a spilt drink under one of the tables. Im thinking man they must have had a huge rush because you know, panda food is amazing but we goto eat and theres no one in line and employees are cuttin up behind the counter. Im not talking about 1 table mess im describing 4 tables with food and drinks spilt all over the floor tables. Food was greasy, slimy then the honey walnut shrimp was like eating soggy cardboard. I believe that was about a month ago. We stop this time, it was alot cleaner. Dude behind the counter was rude as hell and the food was still meh. Im not a picky eater and I still had trouble eating it, lastly here is the cream cheese ragoon. First one grease filled. Second one had a sliver of the cream cheese in the middle in it. Third one didnt have anything! Love their food but will never eat at this location again.

You know, I really love this chain for quick, hot Chinese food that’s served cafeteria style inside. It’s hard to choose so I always go with the “bigger plate” which is three entrees and a big side. I recommend the noodles ALL DAY over the fried rice or the healthy steamed cabbage and veggies. Sometimes I just go for the noodles- I don’t know why they are so good but they are oily, bouncy, and have a lite touch of cabbage and carrots. I’m a condiment fan so I add the hot mustard, soy and sriracha to them and shake it up. SOOO GOOD. There’s two entrees I can’t pass up and that’s the angus steak which is pretty juicy and thick, and the Beijing beef which is spicy, battered steak pieces. Honest opinion- If you love spring rolls DO NOT GET THIERS. They are seriously all mush and just not good. The egg rolls are okay, not the best either. One thing I love so much is there is a vegan Beyond orange chicken option for when I’m behaving. If you are craving several Chinese entrees at a good price go here. It’s not as good as the real mom and pop places in town but it’s way better than a buffet when you are craving multiple options.

Very reasonable prices and they give large portions. Always clean One of my favorite places to eat . I have eaten at these restaurants across the country and the taste is always the same. The service is good and the people are friendly . Never been disappointed.

First time coming in. First person I met was Tonya and she was not very welcoming in the least. No one told me I came in the wrong door so I ordered. She put it in a Togo bag without asking. I sat and tried to eat but the food was awful. The workers seem very unhappy. Not a good time. Paid 18 for this and it’s just average. No sauces to go with or anything…..sorry bad experience

I let the lady know it was my first time visiting this location, she was so nice!!!! I unfortunately did not get her name. I was told all about the different meal types to purchase a long with what they include. I didn’t feel pressured to buy extras. The food also taste good, your typical china buffet type food except a bit more fresh!

Cant comment on service or atmoshere as I was not the one picking it up. Had to throw out all the ragoon as the cream cheese was curdled, the beef and broccoli was soggy and the beef had a film on it, the orange chicken sauce was brown, not orange. It was FAR from fresh. I dont usually leave reviews but after biting into SPOILED food I decided I would this time

Fast, fresh, and delicious, but the staff was not friendly. They didn’t ask me if I wanted to round my change up for charity(I always do and had to ask them to do so), they didn’t smile, they didn’t offer soy or any other sauces, and the water fountain in the lobby was broken and they didn’t offer a glass from the drive thru fountain. Very disappointed in staffing, but 4 stars earned from food alone. Would still return and recommend.
