It was our first time but it was such an amazing experience!! Dee had exceptional, and I do mean exceptional, customer service and helped us out perfectly with what we were supposed to do since we were absolutely clueless. The food was better than the buffet palace in our hometown and we were not expecting that from something we thought was going to be like fast food Chinese. We got our plates to go and as you can see, they were quite full. It was amazing!! It’s my daughter’s new favorite place in Hot Springs! Thank you Panda Express for being so awesome!!
The only thing I didn’t like was the cream cheese Rangoons. I wish I would’ve chosen a different side.

Food: Wonderful. They had the firecracker chicken as the managers special and the manager or the lady with the black shirt on gave me a pretty good amount as I told her I have been looking for this for a while. They discontinued this item a while back in my home town “Dallas” so I gave up on looking for them to bring it back. This was a real treat and it was fresh and tasted great. 5 out of 5
Service: Great. The manager was informative and nice along with the rest of the staff.5 out of 5
Atmosphere: Consistent with all the other Panda Express locations. Clean and move the an enough space for us to sit. 5 out of 5

I am a regular visitor to Panda Express and this location is my first time. On the way to Arkansas went to this location Panda Express and the food was very good as expected. Good variety like other branches and the interior was bright and neatness was maintained well and there is enough parking space.

What is with this place? 3 Times I have ordered here and every time the chow mein is messed up. First time it was over cooked or old (noodles like wood), the last two time there was no other veggies just noodles WTH!!! It’s a food chain, I know the recipes are the same around the states so what gives??

Update!!!!!! They reached out to me and made it right! I will say i got a lot more food and it was all very fresh and warm. I appreciate them making right!
Let’s start off with they open at 10am. I visited at 1045am. For a bigger plate it was very very little food. The rangoons was cold!! I would say I only got 1/2 of an order of chow mein. For the price and the amount of very little food I got it was not worth it.

Really mid. Im not from arkansas but where i live we practically have a PE around every other corner. This one was pretty disappointing. The ratio for the noddles to protein was bad. Im used to getting loaded at a PE and it felt rationed here. The noodles were cold.. they shouldn’t be cold. The orange chicken was old and pretty tough to chew through. The staff however are great 0 issues there. Its just the food. Its not up to par.

First time coming in. First person I met was Tonya and she was not very welcoming in the least. No one told me I came in the wrong door so I ordered. She put it in a Togo bag without asking. I sat and tried to eat but the food was awful. The workers seem very unhappy. Not a good time. Paid 18 for this and it’s just average. No sauces to go with or anything…..sorry bad experience
