Came to get a whopper buy one get one on the app. Matthew(the manager) was so freaking amazing. He held a conversation with me while I waited for my order. I ordered inside at the front counter. The store was surprisingly clean, I come here often and it’s usually not as clean. But Matthew and his team were on top of it! Food was great, friendly atmosphere. Matthew made a big difference in my experience tonight. Usually I don’t have good experience at this location. You guys should promote him to a higher position and give him a big raise!!! Great job Matthew. I’ll be back to see YOU soon!!!

Came in for a family bundle late on Sunday 1/11/2026, came in the Dinning room to order. As busy as they were, I was very pleased with how quickly they managed to get my order out. I had modifications on every sandwich and they didn’t mess up anything. Fries were hot and fresh. Good atmosphere. This store has changed drastically, last few years I would dread ordering from here. But just on my last visit, I am definitely picking this Burger King vs any others. The manager and staff were very polite, and handled the crazy influx of customers waiting extremely well. Hats off to Green Bush Burger King.

Wish I kept the receipt to let them know how burned they served their whoppers. Was late but the BK across town just told me they didn’t have any fresh and made me a fresh one (free fries for the wait). Here the manager gave me my order in the drive through. Very nice guy but tell your staff to throw this away.

This location is terrific! After being multiple places for the last few months and never being able to get my sandwich made they don’t sell anymore because a lot of people don’t remember how to make them Yvonne knew how and made my dream come true. It’s been a really bad last couple weeks for me and I literally drove 45 minutes for car parts and Burger King hoping that this place would be able to make a rodeo bacon King like they used to. The food was absolutely perfect and the sandwich was amazing! Friendly people behind the counter made my food lickety split. Definitely my new location

And I have been to one with ONE person running everything. That means the drive through the counter the cooking everything add a different BK in town and it was faster than this ..
Short us on chicken fries and gets an attitude when I tell them in the drive thru ..
Takes the box of chicken fries walks away. Comes back to the window 3 minutes later and it says did you have such and such which was definitely not my order I said no we’re waiting on our correct amount of chicken fries. She says. LOUDLY WELL THEIR MAKING THEM.
SO THEY GET MY ORDER WRONG and then try to give me someone else’s food, when I say no that’s not mine. YOU GET PISSED AND YELL at me.. short older grey haired lady is rude. No apology. Nothing

You have to have someone let you in the bathroom. They use a code, even then bathroom is still gross. When you try to get someone you stand in line for 15+ minutes just to get someone to let you in the bathroom then stand in line again for 15 minutes to order food.
The associate working today was very short and seemed agitated that someone needed the bathroom mind you it was my 4 year old telling her he need to pee or he was going to have an accident even then she was very abrasive towards us.
Then the same associate wouldnt allow someone to modify a sandwich remove condiments they did not want said “they dont allow that” then turned around and said “well you’ll pay for them anyway” very unprofessional and very aggressive with customers this store has gone down hill for a long time, even though I live 2 minutes away I usually go out of my way to go to the one on 26!

I know that the trend is to point out the negative but I want to recognize the positive. I’ve been to this location twice in the last couple weeks and waited a LONG time for my food. I am not going to dwell on that though because both times I was annoyed and was completely disarmed by the lady (my receipt says Lisa) that helped me. She was so humble and kind that my irritation went away immediately. Both times I thanked her for her professional and kind attitude. She couldn’t have an impact on staffing (she doesn’t hire) but she impacted what she could by not allowing herself to show how stressed she had to have been, staying polite and putting forth a positive image that I have not seen in fast food for a long time! She is what is right about this location and I hope that she gets recognized for this and that she knows what an amazing difference she makes by her amazing customer service. If she is not a manager then you should really consider making her one because this is what keeps people coming back and waiting ridiculously long for their food. I would not have been back if it had not been for her! Thank you, MP

This store is a terrible place to go for customer service. They never have breakfast food after 9:00 A.M. even though they are supposed to have breakfast until 10:30. The employees are rude and don’t want to do their job.
