It’s a Panda Express. If you have been to one, it’s like the others. So why a 4 star? First, the food tasted good. The kitchen made the orange chicken well. A favorite of ours. The rice was properly cooked. We like this as you get a lot of food for the price. The family meal deal is wonderful. This location was prompt with our online order. I like this better than other fast food in the area.

I came in today and got two plates of orange chicken they were both super soggy and soft and the rice tasted hours old. I tried to refund after taking one bite and was told by Jax that the double fried orange chicken is “not suppose to be crunchy.” Was denied the refund just don’t come here you will risk your food being inedible while also receiving 0 compensation for it.

I sure enjoy when Panda Express they make their food fresh if it is almost gone. That was the case with me. I wanted some fresh vegetables, since I don’t eat rice and they made it without hesitation. Also, I wanted the chicken and was also made fresh.

I always read reviews and we almost didn’t stop at this location because it only had 3.7 stars. However, I’m glad we did. This location is a good one. The workers are fast, even with all the orders they have. The staff is super friendly.

each time ive ate at this location ive gotten extremely sick. there was one specific time ive ate here before a concert and when i was done eating i felt extremely sick and threw up even though i had been perfectly fine before then.
today, i ordered my usual meal because i was starving and when i got it i found what looked like maggots and flies in my food. i immediately threw it out and nearly puked and when i ended up calling up to this place the manager was laughing along with other employees and was not serious abt the whole thing at all. i work in food service and i have never answered the phone to a complaining customer and started laughing, yall need to get your employees in check because that made me way more angry than i even was abt the bugs in my food i paid for.

The customer service is so hit or miss. I just sat there waiting for my online order for a whole hour while everyone around me got my online orders, and was barely even acknowledged by the staff. What I also find strange is that everyone else got there online orders with no issue but then for some reason I was asked to confirm the order was mine, weird.

Found plastic in my food.Manager and employees thought it was funny! Told me it will take 12 hrs to produce my receipt because I was asking for my money back! Tried not to give back my money! Then when I threatened CORPORATE AND CALLING HIS MANAGER ALL OF THE SUDDEN the manager with (arm tattoos) found my receipt that they never gave to me in the first place!!! Please do not go to this location employees do not care how they handle your food!!!!!
