When we walked in we were greeted instantly I asked the staff what was their favorite drink and what they would recommend. Ultimately they gave me great suggestions and I decided on the new dragonfruit one, it did not disappoint! Store is very clean and organized!

Rather than put multiple signs on the door and threaten people that if the door breaks it’s their responsibility, get the door fixed.

I had to drop a quick review. The staff at this location very upbeat. Service excellent very quick.
If you haven’t been to a tropical smoothie location give it a try. Menu very diverse. Always clean. Easy jn and out location with plenty of parking. Grab a smoothie and go grocery shop next door….why not you deserve it!

They make my smoothie just how I like it. I order the peanut buttercup with coffee. I usually have to call before I place my delivery because adding coffee isn’t an option on the menu, they are always accommodating.

When my husband and I came in with our 3 year old they were playing loud music with profanity until we were finished ordering them they turned it down. I didn’t care at first seeing there was no customers before us and I don’t think it was intentional. Everything was right and tasted fine. So we got in the car and were headed home and when I went open and stir my smoothie I pulled out what look to be a tapeworm worm. I am very disgusted and I immediately threw my daughter’s smoothie away. My husband had already finished his. I sincerely hope it was anything but a tapeworm and I hope we do not get sick.

Look at the block of burnt tortilla!! Yes, that’s supposed to be an ” all American wrap”. Unfortunately I didn’t take a pic of the other burnt block AKA flatbread I ordered. What’s more upsetting to me, was the fact they still proceeded to give it to the customer. This is what happens when you have kids running a business. They clearly don’t know the value of people spending their money. Unacceptable
