I went to this panda express today. I ordered a 3 entree plate. I took the food home and my child wasn’t eating the food. I then asked him why wasn’t he eating the food. He stated that his chicken was over cooked and that he couldn’t chew it. I looked at his chicken and it was overcooked. I then called the panda express back and asked for a manager. Before he could get on the phone, I heard him ask the employee. “What do they want and why they want to speak with me”, in a aggressive voice. When he got on the phone I explained to him that I had just left the restaurant and that the food was fresh, however the chicken was overcooked. The manager named Johnathan replied, “no it wasn’t, I just made that chicken”. I replied back that the chicken was fresh, it is just tough and hard to eat. The manager then told me that “he knows the chicken wasn’t overcooked because he cooked it and he don’t make overcooked chicken. So arrogant and over confident. This is the rudest experience from a manager ever. All I wanted was some chicken that wasn’t overcooked. I didn’t want to argue. Let’s just say I won’t be back to this location. This managers name is Johnathan Lopez.

I’m from out of state. I’m a traveler it’s 10:09 am. And I tried to walk in and no one opened the door or unlocked it until a Caucasian walked to the door. They are ignoring the customers outside eating us to go to drive through .. then a couple walked up and Jonathan the manager opened the door and was rude. Not a hello or good morning , never will come back They open at 10 and no food selection at all stating . cooked when ordered

This is the best panda around, the employees are always friendly and quick to make more food if it’s empty or even asked for. We eat here a few times a week usually, sometimes everyday of the week. The manager is always kind to us as well. Keep up the good work!

Ordered for delivery, they forgot half of our order. We tried calling and were told we had to go through DoorDash for a refund or we could come pick it up ourselves. Frustrating but we understand. DoorDash was only going to refund $4 dollars for a $40 order so we called back and asked if we could come pick up the food that was missing and if they’d kindly remake the food that was now cold because we have to drive 20 minutes each way to pick up food that THEY FORGOT. The manager was rude and unhelpful saying he would not remake the entree we got and “the DoorDash driver must’ve stolen it.” I’m a restaurant manager myself. Sometimes you have to take the hit and remake the food because it was YOUR error to begin with. Passing the buck to DoorDash isn’t the answer and I can see why this place has such low ratings. They frequently miss items in your order that you paid for and then don’t want to make it right. Horrible customer service.

The food is horrible. The noodles taste burnt so they gave me some over cooked, dried up nasty rice. I was not happy. The chicken entrees were salty as hell and not that fresh. I will NEVER come back here.

Using ai now? Really? That’s just so low. Me and my friends are considering no longer buying from Panda now. AI is horrible for the environment, takes jobs, and raises local power costs. No one, literally NO ONE, has asked for ai to be implemented in Panda. Had to get on the ai train like the rest of the dirty corporations, Panda?
