Save yourself the trouble and go across the street to China max in the mall. So pissed. My kid order panda a lot for delivery through their website and each time it’s wrong, old, full of grease (literally can see the pool of grease at the bottom of the soft popcorn chicken) or brown super greens. They offer replacement meals for free but even those come wrong. Today, we received our order via delivery and the rice is hard/half cooked with black specs from the pot it was cooked in, it’s even in my son’s orange chicken! and with wrong order, I ordered green bean chicken breast and they gave me pineapple chicken. I’m ALLERGIC to pineapple!!!

Ordered steamed rice and when i took a bite out of it, it was a hard as a rock. not only that, the lady forgot to give me utensils. i had found that out halfway home when i wanted to stop and eat before arriving home

Came in Wednesday night around 8 pm and half the steam table was empty. Mind you, I worked at panda ten years ago and the customer service AND standards have gone far down the drain! I asked the lady at the steam table how she was doing she ignored me. I asked for white rice and veggies and the veggies were frail and looked like they’d been sitting there way past their time. I asked for string bean chicken which I was planning to get double of because it’s the only entree I really like and they stated they’re not making that for the rest of the night. I never leave reviews but it’s THIS specific Panda location that absolutely sucks and is garbage every time I go. I was at the target in the plaza or I would have gone to the Melrose Park location. Everyone working was cold not friendly and the guy by the wok station was wearing a hoodie completely covering his face? No matter how many surveys I fill out for this location it only gets worse and worse. Make the drive and go to Melrose Park instead!

I ordered online (first and LAST time I DO THAT) usually, the beef and broccoli does have a lot of broccoli, but there is plenty of beef not today. And my orange chicken was soggy and all the breading is off. I am VERY disappointed in panda -I usually love it. Not sure if it’s because I ordered online or what but this is definitely not acceptable for the price I paid.
I did reach out to panda and they offered to replace the meal, which is great, for another day- still had a crappy lunch today

I eat panda for lunch once or twice a month. Lately my Beef & Broccoli turned into broccoli with a splash of beef juice. Unacceptable. (2 pieces of beef and the rest was from the chicken & mushrooms)

Had a bad experience with service. The manager walked off on a li ch rush to talk to another worker who was texting amd everyone of the other workers just stared at us. Im on lunch I get 30 minutes 15 was spent just getting a 2 entree and the place was dead. They claim shes training but she was clearly on her phone texting. A manager should know to keep surving because 11am is a lunch rush. And the cashier on shift right now was doing take out orders instead of helping us. Picture taken right after he helped me get my food but I had to say something.

Came to grab a quick bite with my son and husband. After I paid I went back up to the register because there weren’t any spoons and I needed one to feed my 15 month old. I asked do you have any spoons and the employee just responded no. I walked away thinking wow weird and that I need to remember to pack utensils for the baby. As we’re finishing eating another employee comes out and restocks the spoons. Just frustrating to be lied to for no reason? I know she heard me. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Very slow service. I don’t know if it’s understaffed or is just slow in general. But everyone seemed to be waiting around for simple orders.
The portions were still good though, most Panda Expresses have started to skimp on portions but this one still felt like put a good amount in each order.
I would avoid this location if they are busy, but otherwise this is one of the better Panda Expresses I’ve been too in the last few years.

this was my last straw with place i ordered my food online because i have a short lunch window when i get back and open my food the first thing i see is burnt shrimp and then i look closer and there’s a hair in my food the noodles are dry and burnt as well this was a completely waste of my money how do you make people pay extra for shrimp and then turn around and give them BURNT SHRIMP?!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION
