Second time in the week. The food is fast and tasty. The local is spotless. Good choice. The Chow Mein just came out. I waited 2 seconds 4 fresh noodles. (Worth it) Things taste better when they are cooked right in front of you I think. I also had a little cream Rangoon’s. I paid less than $20.00. Family’s /w kids, students, shoppers all kinds of people. Togetherness abounds.

I’ve been here a couple of times, but lunch rush here is horrible. They never have enough staff and are always overwhelmed. Staff is nice but there’s only so much they can do. Also, hours on doors are wrong it says it opens at 10:30 during weekdays, but they keep the doors locked till later.

Sometime this month I ordered 2 sides of greens to go and by the time I got home I noticed that they were raw. I was very disappointed because I was unable to satisfy my pregnancy craving. I called the store to let them know of the incident. Dulce said I could either go back or get a credit. I don’t live close to this place so I just said I would come back. I stopped by today just so she could let me know that there was a two week timeframe. I told her I wasn’t aware of that. She insisted she mentioned it but I kept telling her she didn’t make me aware of that. If I would have known there was a 2 week timeframe I would have stopped by sooner.

Food was good but it was really skimpy I got orange chicken and chicken teriyaki and chow mein and fried rice I should have just got the freaking bowl it would have been cheaper and just the right amount I’ve never put in a review before but this time I was so disappointed and this is like one of my favorite spots other than the one in Cicero

I ordered through Uber eats what I thought was a small BOWL of the sizzling shrimp. My driver brought me a small BOX of about five shrimp with no rice, no nothing. I called the restaurant and the server informed me that that is what I ordered and she’s sorry for my mixup. $15 with tax and delivery for FIVE shrimp and they weren’t good! I’m so mad Never again!

No issues with the taste and quality of the food, it’s pretty good. But two issues that irk me: 1) Delivery was advertised as free but they charge a “10% service fee” that would not show up when picking up. So delivery is NOT free, regardless how you dress up the words. 2) walnut shrimp portions are never filled correctly, only a bit more than half of the container. See pic. Still, an up charge of 3.75 when ordering a family meal. So annoying. Other locations do that too. Don’t up charge and underdeliver.

3/29/23 girl serving today around 2:00PM had a nasty attitude & refused to change my order when I corrected her on it. Said I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to redo it ?? Please if you are not satisfied with your job you shouldn’t work here. Horrible customer service !!!! Adamaries was her name.
