The staff is always very nice and so respectful. Definitely the best service and the food has been great in every visit. No matter how busy it gets they go out of their way to satisfy the customers. I’ve seen how they communicate to other customers as im waiting for my food. Definitely recommend.

Went to the Crystal lake Restaurant for an early lunch. I started coming to this location for the orange chicken because it’s the best I ever had. Today it was horrible! Very crunchy and barely any sauce. Or it was an old batch. Or the person cooking doesn’t know how to make it without over cooking it. The noodles here don’t even taste like all the other panda restaurants. Very bland every time I get it. I had to throw my food out. It was that bad! I need to start checking my food before I go home. Over 13.00 dollars thrown in the trash! So nice companies make money off of crappy food that we can’t consume!

Today, I was faced with the reality of the regular cycle women tend to go through every month, reasonably I was craving especially orange chicken from here. I was very excited about it, I placed an online order and got home & realized my meal was not correctly packed. My whole family’s order was correct besides mine, it made me feel extremely defeated. I was expecting orange chicken and was presented with mushroom chicken, that indeed has zucchini in it & I’m not the biggest fan of it. I’m dissatisfied & quite disappointed since I was so excited about this. It quite literally says orange chicken on the box on the printed labels and it was, indeed, not in the box. If they did not have orange chicken & informed me to pick an alternative that would’ve been completely fine, but i was never informed of such information. I’m extremely dissatisfied and it did not fulfill my monthly craving.

In the time it took him to apologize and tell me, I have to wait for the customer in line to finish. He literally could’ve handed me my mobile order.
What’s the point of mobile ordering if I still have to wait for other people in line when I’m already waiting 10 to 15 minutes for it to be made?
Also, maybe having the open register in the line where you’re supposed to pick up your mobile orders isn’t the best idea .

Y’all need to get in the same boat on how you’re verifying orders. Your female manger with long black hair is rude as hell.
I verified my name for her 3 different times and even showed her the mobile order and I was getting yelled at her for needing a name? If you’re gonna require something make sure your mobile app shows that information on the order.
Her crew seemed like they were done with her aswell.

The employees were very helpful and nice , but the chow mein tasted like dish soap a bit. Not like usual. I think someone didn’t rinse the pan good enough that it was prepped in. Really good workers , i think it was a honest mistake. The rest of the food was really good.

We came for a late lunch when we were shopping. It’s in the midst of Target, Kohl’s etc shopping center so no need to go back to highway 14. Sometimes very busy but still good place, IMO.

Gee. This food is good they never messed up orders for me. But seeing from other bad reviews they just need a better employee. But why is the noodle quality so cheap? I feel like I can go to a actual Chinese restaurant and get way much better ones. The best thing here is the atmosphere which is crazy. Just improve quality food and this Panda Express will rise!

I’m usually a fan of Panda Express, but I ordered a bigger plate today, and while the two main entrees were a decent portion, I was really disappointed with the Chicken Teriyaki. The separate box for my third side was only half full, which is definitely not what I expect when ordering a bigger plate.
It seems like they might be a bit stingier with the portions when it comes to online orders.While I enjoy the food, I might hesitate to order online again if this is going to be the norm. Hopefully, they’ll be more consistent with their portion sizes for all orders in the future.
