Elderly lady up front needs to be replaced since she has messed up plenty of my orders and only realize when I get my orders always chalks it up to I didn’t hear you. Staff in the back also forget that us customers can hear all that profanity and it’s disgusting to hear at 7-8 Am

Terrible customer service, after saying they were out of everything bagels and then telling me they had everything bagels, the employee audible screamed “AAAAAAAHHHH” through the mic, in frustration. When I got to the window, the employee did not say hello, but said “HEY!!!” In a very rude tone after I didn’t notice she was trying to give me my card back. On top of that, they got my order wrong, gave me the wrong crème cheese and then gave me real milk in my matcha when I asked for almond milk. Not sure what’s going on in there, but I know that nothing professional is.

This was a terrible experience. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and they told me they didn’t have it in stock so instead I ask if I can get a chocolate donut. When I get to the window I ask if I can get the difference refunded for the everything bagel and they told me they don’t know how to do that. He states that I have to do it through the app. This is terrible customer service because any reasonably person would at the bare minimum try to compensate you or give you extra donuts, but instead he just looked at me with a blank stare and told me that he “just works here” will never go here again terrible.

10/7/2024 6:03 AM Mobile Order #511 order placed at 5:52 AM. Large ice coffee tasted like it was brewed with sink water. Had the coffee remade and it still tasted horrible. I’m not sure why this issue is so common with this location but I’ll be emailing cooperate, filing for a full refund, and calling the health department.
9/23/24 6:06 AM Mobile Order #434 order placed at 5:53 AM. Employees yet again made a large Ice coffee made with dirty sink water. The coffee was not drinkable. It was extremely disgusting. I had the employee remake the coffee only to find out the replacement coffee also tasted like the topped it off with dirty sink water to save money on coffee. This is the Fith time this month I’ve had to have a coffee remade. Although it’s the first time the replacement coffee was not drinkable. The owner and managers at this location should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to be a reoccurring issue. It’s getting to the point where I think the health department will need to be called.
7/11 6:05 AM Mobile Order #357 order placed at 5:55AM. Employees made large ice coffee with dirty sink water. Coffee was not drinkable and had to be poured out. It seemed like the employee ran out of coffee halfway through the pour and filled the rest of the cup up with dirty sink water. Extremely disappointed that it’s even possible to have a coffee made so poorly. I’ll be filing complaints with corporate.

I waited over 10 minutes for a coffee that one old woman was making and looked like no one wanted to help her. There was a young man making food and looked to be quite slow. I placed a mobile order and it wasn’t ready just one simple coffee! Unbelievable. Spoke to the manager and just seemed rude and didn’t want to hear me out. Would never visit this location again! Every time I come to pick up my mobile it’s always that one older woman in the front alone it seems like too much for one person at times….

I had the worst experience here. I knew the day was coming when I had got into an argument with the manager and her worker. Her worker made my coffee completely wrong . So when I try to ask who can make my drink over everyone looked at me. The manager finally replied and asked how do I want my coffee I tried to tell her she kept talking over me , to the point where she said go by my coffee somewhere else in front of everyone. Until there is new management I will not be returning. There is no friendly faces at this location at all.
