This place is a must if you are a true foodie and you are looking for great quality cuisine. The food was amazing plus we got the added bonus of speaking with the chef. The menu does change and the chef has must try items on the menu that are seasonal. We highly recommend calling ahead of time or make a reservation because there is limited seating. Our orders were the cheese roll ($3.50 each) and the Fungi Jon Mushroom Hummus ($15) to start. The Fungi Jon Mushroom Hummus was phenomenal and a seasonal item. I would order that over and over again. My wife got the Shish Taouk with seasonal veggies ($25) and I ordered the small Pam Salad with chicken ($15). Both dishes were fresh, great portions, and so flavorful. The chef really puts her heart in soul in everything here. We will definitely be back for their tasting menu rolling out soon this month. We want to try it all!

Had a wonderful lunch here today from their new spring menu. This restaurant has always been my favorite but the new items on the “Choose 3” are amazing.

Ordered the Rita salad (Fattosh with garlic chicken) to go. How I long for a real fattosh salad and this was not it. The to go salad was swimming in a creamy white garlic dressing which made the salad wilt, so of course the salad texture was soggy. The chicken was way over cooked and hard. I enjoyed the very faint taste of parsley or mint and the pita. The sad thing about this is that there are positive reviews but when a restaurant can’t get a take out salad right, I have no incentive to go back. $16 plus tip on a salad that I’ll ending throwing half away.

Amazing twist on Lebanese flavors. All the basics plus more, and specials every couple weeks. They make most dishes vegan or vegetarian. Will come back for sure!

Thanks to Chef Toni Elkhouri for a wonderful dining experience at Cedars. Five of us had dinner and it was a first for all but one of us. Everything was beautifully presented and prepared. The pistachio baklava was superb, rich and very buttery. We’ll definitely be back! Between the five of us we had a falafal platter, lamb skewer, fatoush salad, chicken shawrama, kibbeh, stuffed grape leaves and tabouli.

Cedars Cafe has the best Lebanese food in Central Florida. They have so many vegetarian options and everything is delicious! They recently updated their menu and the new menu clearly shows which options are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. Most of the dishes are more than $10, but they are definitely worth it. I got the “Classic Pick 3” with falafel, fatoush salad and lentils and rice (pictured below) for $11, but based on the amount and quality of the food it was definitely a fair price.
