Bad experience: Service was so chaotic- we were both worried our orders were forgotten, small portions, no Diet Coke (or other diet/zero options for pop), and I did not get my fortune cookie . The receipt was so faded that we could not collect our membership points or fill out the survey.

My family picked up food from Panda for a quick dinner. Our order was supposed to be ready at 5:50pm, and we ended up waiting until 6:10pm to actually receive our meals. We had to physically show our emailed receipt for them to believe we had an order, and the staff were very rude. At one point I saw a staff member take food out of a to-go box on the line and put it back into the serving dish they gave small portions and almost all of my noodles were cabbage I’m not sure why we come back. The mushroom chicken is tasty, though.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Me and my gf both got the 3 course entry. The portion sizes were a little on the small side and we were astonished with how expensive our bill came out to be. It was over $35 and we didn’t even order anything to drink. Kinda crazy. Food was ok, and staff was nice. This place isn’t anything I really rave about but have definitely had worse. Just didnt seem worth the price at all.

Panda’s food quality and the staff serving the food both continue to be just a bit above average. As a pescatarian, I can say I’m disappointed that the only thing that I can really order on the menu is the Honey Walnut shrimp. Panda used to have better options like the firecracker shrimp entree, and the Beyond orange chicken. Both of these have come and gone and they’ve explained that it’s just due to demand. I would really like to see an all vegetarian entree besides the power greens. I would also like to see a couple of other shrimp options.
All in all, Panda is pretty OK, and clean, with friendly folks.
My wife likes it here more than some places, though I would mostly pass due to the lack of choices.

We ate here on 1/31 and got food poisoning. The only thing on our entrees that was the same was the greens. We were sick all day after we ate here throwing up. Please do better panda you were my favorite fast food.

The orange chicken has pieces of just breading and then pieces that had stuck together that were mushy. The rice was extremely overcooked. Service was friendly but extremely slow with zero sense of urgency. For a Saturday lunch rush, you would think it was everyone’s first day on the job

It’s not what it used to be. I miss the older asian lady that used to run it. She kept it clean and kept the food trays full. Now its high school/college drop outs, weak service and no love for the food quality. Panda express needs more locations throughout the state.

My Ex and I stopped in for a late supper. The wontons were cold and the egg roll was soggy. I told the manager that there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the women’s bathroom and her response was “oh well we are busy”. All the tables were dirty but no one would come out to clean them. I willnot be going back.

We stopped in heading out of town, very clean place and the staff were very friendly! Of course we had to get our orange chicken and rice!!! The bourbon chicken and teriyaki chicken are also a fave! The food was delicious and cooked well!

This restaurant has incredibly rude staff, a disorganized kitchen, and a messy lobby. They let my food get cold while waiting for an order to be finished. They did not clean the lobby at all. One person there is friendly and polite, but the rest of them were definitely disengaged. The food quality is definitely not where it should be.
