The food is really delicious . This was my first time trying roasted duck and I must say I’m a fan. The prices are very good and the quantity of the food is lovely. The staffs so sweet and kind.

I dine in and was served tea and and the house soup. I order the roasted pork and duck over rice. Additionally, I ordered the shrimp egg roll. The house soup was okay. I’d give it 4/5 but because it’s free a 5/5. The egg roll is a 4/5. With the sauce 5/5. It’s good it just it’s a new flavor for me. The pork is a 5/5. The duck is a 4/5. The duck is new to me so I’m not used to the flavor but good nevertheless.

A truly delicious hole in the wall restaurant in Philly’s Chinatown! Definitely worth it for the portion sizes and the price. Would definitely recommend going with a group because they serve family style meals.

I love the roasted duck over rice here. The duck is very well-seasoned, and the price is so affordable. For $9 you get a plate of meat over rice with veggie and a bowl of soup. I also like the hong kong style pan fried noodle, very similar to mì xào giòn. The only thing I would do next time is ask for less sauce cuz I like my noodles crunchy. I don’t recommend the cheung fun or steamed rice noodles here. It’s just too much rice noodles and very little filling. Chow fun is kinda bland while lo mein is too salty. Fried rice is decent. If you go with ~3 people, you can do a meat combo, side of veggie and white rice for roughly same price as meat over rice but more food (esp veggie).

Good old-fashioned Cantonese cuisine in Chinatown Philadelphia.
Nothing fancy but great food, especially theory BBQ items and congee.
Great place for an authentic Chinese breakfast in the morning.
You may also place to-go orders on the machine by the front door.

Great dishes with plenty of selections. Sizzling pork intestine is so delightful while the duck and chicken are very savory. Their vegetable noodles just got the right amount of saltiness. Highly recommended!

I’m thrilled to share that Ting Wong surpassed my expectations with its remarkable Cantonese cuisine, earning the enthusiastic endorsement of my mother.

The exceptional service from the waitstaff elevated the dining experience, complementing the outstanding food quality. With its clean and inviting atmosphere, Ting Wong is perfectly suited for both dine-in and takeout.

For a truly delightful culinary experience in Philadelphia’s Chinatown, I strongly recommend visiting Ting Wong – a standout choice that exceeds expectations.

This place needs more 5 star reviews – authentic Beijing roast duck and crispy pork belly at such a cheap price (a platter for lunch was like 12 bucks!), if I lived in Philly I’d probably be going here every week. It’s cash only, so keep that in mind!

Their roasted duck is a must. We tried rice, noodles and roll with duck. Every item was super delicious! We were so impressed with the food that we went back the next day.

First day, we took wonton noodles soup. The noodles tasted bland but other than that, everything was good. Broth was well seasoned. Next day, we took HK styled noodles with duck. On that, the noodles was rich in flavor. Also, the price was very reasonable compared to the other restaurants in the area.

They are courteous, efficient, and very well-priced. Most importantly, however, their food is delicious. Get any roast meat over rice and you won’t regret it
