Unfortunately, my visit to this store was a deeply disappointing experience from the moment I arrived. The entire place was a mess, and the staff seemed to be doing nothing except looking busy. When I tried to place an order, showing a text from my daughter about the ingredients she wanted, a front-end employee began to make fun of me. He sarcastically asked, “What do you want to get?” to which I replied, “I want food.” When I asked to speak with a manager, the same person went inside and then came back claiming the manager wasn’t available, likely because he was afraid of facing a complaint. To be honest, this is not a good place; they demonstrate a complete lack of respect for their customers and are in desperate need of proper customer service ethics. I want to asked if the message said chicken but protein bowel was out of chicken i am disappointed for it.

We’ve given this location several times. The last two have been the worst by far with yesterday topping the cake. I have submitted complaints about the last two times with no response.
Yesterday I placed an online order. First off when we drove up the trash outside was overflowing. Second I stood outside the door waiting for 5 minutes after they opened to unlock the front door no one ever did. The side door was unlocked so I went in that way. Several workers were busy making their own food and never acknowledged myself or the other customers. The front door was never unlocked while I continued to wait for my food while all the workers sat down to eat continuing to not acknowledge any of us. Eventually my food appeared from the back 10 minutes after it was supposed to. The kids meal was all wrong. The guacamole brown like it was last time. Rice full of salt. And pico super spicy. I love chipotle so this made me super sad.

Is this what $17 gets you now days and this is double protein? What happened to a full bowl? I haven’t been at Chipotle in years. Times must’ve changed unless it’s strictly this location underserving. Won’t be visiting this location.

This location makes SMALLEST PROTEIN PORTIONS EVER! I haven’t seen this small portions at any chipotle restaurant, and I know how much it should be because ai eat at Chipotle multiple times per week and I have never seen such small portions of meat, they put like 7-8 small pieces of steak for $12 bucks. I better go to Guzman Y Gomez their food costs the same but you get decent portions and quality is superb!

I enjoy Chipotle, but my experience at this location was disappointing due to the extremely rude and disrespectful service. I knowingly paid for double chicken, and when I politely asked if a little more could be added, the employee with a goatee responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, refusing to add more.
What made the situation worse was that when I asked for extra sour cream, the same employee again refused in a similarly rude way. A simple explanation with basic courtesy would have gone a long way.
I would recommend staying away from this location as they then laughed and spoke in a different language when checking me out.

That’s how much steak I got in my bowl for about $11 which is insane. To top it the meet is hard like it’s old meat and the child who made it had a bad attitude and couldn’t even make a burrito from the client in front of us. Why would I pay for extra meat if this portion is a joke what was I going to get 2 more pieces?

The worker with a goatee was immature while assembling my order. He acted as if adding any extra toppings came out of his paycheck. Bad attitude and atmosphere overall. Definitely avoiding this location in the future. My advice to anyone who reads this, don’t waste your time and money over there.

Got one bowl and a drink very never seen such small portions from chipotle. After shaking the bowl it was about half full. Asked for some more lettuce and gave 2 more little pieces. later when i was eating the bowl i found pieces of hair inside. Workers at the restaurant have a very annoyed attitude and does not seem to enjoy their job. I got my food to-go but as i entered i saw trash everywhere on the floor and tables.

What an absolutely awful experience. The young men working the food stations have some kind of attitude problem. They seem mad at the world. Completely unapproachable and clearly think there is no consequences to being rude to the customers. The man rolling my burrito didn’t care about it and made a complete mess. The guac is completely brown. The only approachable person was the young lady working the cash register. But by the time you get to her you’re already pissed off about the awful service you just received. Hopefully management or the owner care enough to train those guys.
