After getting out of class at 9pm I was feeling lazy and didn’t want to cook food. I went to panda express expecting low quality cold food that had been sitting out since 6 pm, mix like the other fast food places in muncie. When I got there I was blessed by a beautiful voice asking for my order. I began ordering, a plate with orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and fried rice. The goddess who was working the window was extremely kind, warm, welcoming and well mannered, a sharp juxtaposition to the harsh freezing weather outside. About five minutes later, I got home and started to dig in. To my surprise the chicken tasted amazing and was still hot. It felt fresher than when I make chicken at home. To finish my order there was even a second fortune cookie in the bag. Amazing panda 11/10 would recommend.

I’m a delivery driver. It bothers me SO much that some of the employees there (not all) prioritize ppl walking through the door over online orders. I was literally told by Erica that she HAS to make walk-in orders before any online orders even though the person online ordered and paid for their food before those ppl even walked in their door. Unacceptable.
So if you order online and are wondering why it’s taking so long please don’t take ot out on the delivery driver.

I ordered the orange chicken , mushroom chicken with fried rice . The orange chicken was very salty and chewy, the fried rice just tasted like white rice. The only thing that was good was the mushroom chicken .

The staff working here were great and everyone had a great attitude. In particular, Jackson greeted and gave my 3yr old daughter a fortune cookie without even being prompted and Cam was a very attentive and patient server/cashier. Both guys deserve praise for their great customer service, it can be a rare find.

Mario rocks!!! We went in Friday night and he was very gracious and helpful! We were waiting for the magical orange chicken to be made and he made our wait much more enjoyable! He was very patient with us, too. Nicest Panda Express employee ever! Great food, too! Love their Panda Cares program where we were able to donate to Riley’s Children Hospital.

THE PANDA EXPRESS CLOSES THEIR LOBBY 30 MINUTES EARLIER THAN THE DRIVE THU. THEY LOCK THE DOORS AND IT SAYS BOTH LOBBY AND DRIVE THRU HOURS IN THE DOOR!!!!!
Everyone complaining about that need to read before they start acting like a fool. Maybe don’t get upset your food isn’t fresh when you show up fifteen minutes before close. They are all doing great work and the food is usually great. Hit or miss sometimes but it’s fast food- what can you do.

This is my favorite Panda Express, but not anymore. The floors were dirty and slippery. The service was horrible. I placed a mobile order in the app, and they didn’t even have it in the store! I sat down for about 15 minutes for my food. This was the worst Panda Express experience that I’ve ever had. Although the food was great and it wasn’t cold. I’m giving it a 2 star here.

Ordered a delivery order before (a few times actually) and it’s always been a bad experience, items missing, sauces not in the bag etc. I called to make sure when I placed my order that everything would be correct and nothing would be forgotten and I talked to a young gentleman named Raul! He is the nicest employee I have encountered at this location in the many of times I have ate here rather it be to go, eat in or delivery. Raul was very helpful, knowledgeable and his customer service was OUTSTANDING!! Keep this man around because he’s doing PANDA EXPRESS amazing things. Great Job!
