This DQ in Sabine is a gem. The staff was so nice and didn’t mind me using the free WiFi while I knocked out some work. I had the catfish and hush puppies and wow — crispy, cooked just right, and the fish came in smaller pieces (which I actually loved). Good food + good people = I’ll be back.

Always great food and kind helpful employees. However hours of operation are open til 10pm but several times at 930 I hv been told at the drive thru tht it was closed. Closing at 930 is perfectly fine but if thts the case then the hours of operation posted should be changed to reflect tht. Overall though food is good and deserts are amazing and the outdoor dining area is a definite plus!

Staff are always friendly, restaurant is clean. We always eat outside with our boys and even out there is always clean!! This DQ is way better than Gilmer.

Excellent DQ location. Locally owned 40+ years. We stopped in on a Sunday passing through and the owner was there working. Lots of goodies to see at this location. Many local families eating here today. Clean bathrooms and floors. Very polite and professional staff. Charming diner-style eclectic decor.

This DQ is going down hill fast. For lunch to be 44$ for chicken basket, steak basket, tacos and a kids meal, more than half of our food was burnt and no one seemed to care. Terrible service and management.

Standard DQ food but very nice atmosphere. Even the men’s restroom was very clean and decorated with fake plants. Diaper changing station in men’s room.

Very nostalgic… It looks like an original DQ. Has a little charm with the wood, gift shop, clean dining area, clean restrooms, good service, yet the Blizzards… need some attention. We ordered 5 different Blizzards, and all 5 of them were so runny. It was like eating a shake with a spoon . No Blizzard test was done… you know when they turn it upside down to display the thickness. Would we come here again, yes, for food, just not the ice cream.

Food is good, the didn’t fill my large order of fries full they should only have charged me for a medium if they won’t fill a large size full. If I order any size of fries I expect them to be full to the top. I stop here on my way to Longview some for a to go order to take home.

From 1 year ago, I was praising Kathy & Cindy, with 5 stars for awesome CS and food. Now I have to bump it to 1 star, not because of them, but because of the young girl that couldn’t get the order right, and for being rude. All I wanted was extra cheese and jalapeños on my nachos! How hard is that to understand?? Rude, and sloppy job with just a little cheese, plus no peppers.
