We love eating at panda express. They were able to turn this 2 star review into a 4 star. We ordered our food and they ran out of fried rice and sweat fire chicken. I heard the lady serving us yell to the kitchen that she needed more of both. We were able to get enough rice and orange chicken for the kids. She asked if we were willing to wait since it would be right up. However, the workers in the kitchen didn’t listen to her and did not make the rice or sweet fire chicken. She had to say it multiple times as we were sitting with the kids. 18 mins later, after the kids were done eating they finally brought us our food with and extra side of sweetfire for the wife. He apologized and I asked since we had to wait so long can we get some complimentary rangoons. He said yes and brought them out with another apology. I appreciate them realizing they messed up and trying to make it better. We will be back to give them another chance to get 5 stars.

As my first time eating here, expectations were quite low. However, my hot orange chicken was pleasantly spicy (though just a bit sweet) and the black pepper angus steak had wok hei that you could taste. My veggies were solid, the fried rice was average, and the egg roll was not good. Overall, I thought it was really good for the price and had a friendly staff. I will be back.

I was very disappointed and upset with my experience tonight. We were waiting in line in the drive-thru, as another car was placing a large order. So we sat there and waited for the car before us to finish their order and then we pulled up and the young lady that answered the speaker was not nice at all and said ” we’re almost closed so we don’t have a lot of food so what do you want?” We said we wanted to platters of orange chicken and she said ” no, we don’t have that”. This is 9:30 when they close at 10:00 so we the left empty-handed and on top of that, their drive-thru Lane is only one lane so we had to wait for the car in front of us to receive their big order and we left very upset. The manager on duty, Tyler, said that he would have a talk with her and take it to upper management to see what they can do and that was all that was said about the situation.

The food was so fresh and absolutely amazing. I got the bigger plate with fried rice, orange chicken, black pepper Angus steak, and beef and broccoli. Plenty of food… I got the large drink.and it has to be almost a 44 oz cup. Next time I can easily save money by going down to the plate and getting a medium drink and im sure I’ll still be plenty full. Sign up on the app to get your monthly bonus reward. If you hesitated to try this place when they first open I urge you to try it now because it’s well worth the money!!

These guys are always so sweet, and care about each and every customer like family. I came through the drive thru tonight after a hard day, and because there was a little wait, these guys treated me with grace and kindness and made up for the delay (very slight, no worries at all, poor guys were slammed!) in the best way they could. I will most definitely be back! Thank you Wooster Panda Team! You guys made my day, seriously, and I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I’ve eaten at Panda Express many times and I couldn’t wait for this location to open. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the food, but despite that, I am sure that I will be back because I know these things happen from time to time.
Before I explain my disappointment, let me just say that customer service was excellent when I called the restaurant to say that my order was incomplete. They offered a replacement meal or a refund.
I did delivery, so I cannot say at least part of my disappointment lies with Door Dash. I ordered a plate and when I opened the box, all of my food was mixed together – despite a divided plate.
Not sure if my order being completely cold is a Door Dash issue or a Panda Express problem. My receipt said my order was completed at 11:20. It was delivered at 11:40. I’m less than 10 minutes from the restaurant.
The spring rolls were cold and soggy.
There was no rice in my plate and the entrees were completely cold.
I wanted the Mushroom Chicken but since I have an allergy to zucchini I opted for the Black Pepper Chicken – there were several pieces of zucchini in my dish and since the entire meal was all mixed together, I was unable to eat any of my lunch.
I must add that before I realized the zucchini was there, I had tasted the Black Pepper Angus Steak and the meat was amazing – even cold!

This place is trifling I been waiting here for a customer order and these workers play dum in here. I will never give them my money food nasty poor customer service this is insane. This is the fourth time I been here to pick up an order and these workers take the time as if they don’t acknowledge delivery drivers.

I ordered the orange chicken, fried rice, chicken egg roll, and an apple pie roll. The apple pie- epic, the chicken and rice -great. The chicken egg roll- not for me. But I will be back. It’s a new attraction in town so it was quite a wait but I knew that pulling in the drive thru was packed. Nice cashier. He was very pleasant.

The nastiest teriyaki chicken I’ve ever eaten in my life. Slimy, rubbery, no flavor!!
Everything here is frozen. When we where there ordering they came from the back with big frozen bags of food. I can get better frozen Chinese food from Walmart for $2.99 not $18 for 2 meals we just threw out!!
