I find it disrespectful that when I go to a restaurant solely for work purposes to pick up an order, the manager approaches me to make personal comments, such as telling me that I look very good, while also emphasizing that she is the manager.
I believe this type of interaction is inappropriate in a professional environment. I am there strictly to work, and comments like these can make many people feel uncomfortable. I respectfully request that communication remain professional and respectful at all times.

As far as quick service food Popeyes can’t be beat. The chicken is aways fresh and never has the taste of being cooked in old or dirty oil. Is there better fried chicken out there probably. But what makes it the best is mostly subjective anyways. But are you gonna get it for around 10 bucks, pretty quickly, probably not. I feel like everytime I hit a quick service spot the food gets more expensive and the quality gets worse everytime. I don’t eat this Popeyes much, but it’s always consistently good.

I’ve called about 5 times today in the last 10 mins. It would help if the people would answer the phone so that you can inquire about availability of a menu item. What’s the point in advertising a phone number if you can’t get a paid employee to answer the phone.

The food is great but the customer service was absolutely horrific. The staff today needed an updated class on how to be pleasant with their customers. Totally unacceptable! If you want to work in a public facility, please learn how to work with people. If you don’t like your job, find another. Once again the food is wonderful.

There is not a Popeye’s near my home, so when I am in Panama City around lunch or dinner time, I often stop for some chicken. The service on my visit today was impeccable. The manager was at the counter and running an efficient operation. The food was piping hot and delicious. Love that chicken from Popeye’s!

The food and workers here are terrible. I ordered $50 worth of food from here and it was so stale and overcooked it was completely inedible. Not the first time I’ve had this experience either. I love Popeye’s Chicken when it’s fresh and hot. Don’t serve me stale dried out garbage please.

I love Popeyes but I never been to this location before due to me living in callaway I’m just hardly on that side of town. But I stopped inside to eat lunch with my friend and the people were so nice. I noticed people in and out in a good fashion. No one waited forever to get their food. Even us. But the chicken is incredibly good. The breading was just perfection. The breading is my favorite part and other Popeyes locations I have frequented it has never been that crunchy. So I will def be going back. It’s now my favorite place ! Thank you Popeyes team on 15th !!
