I love panda express and this was my first time trying this location. I got chow mein and honey walnut shrimp which was fine (a little bit cold but i also ate it after driving home so that could be my fault) but i also got cream cheese rangoons and this is the first time i’ve gotten one with no cream cheese. like they flat out didn’t put cream cheese in it which sucks because those are my favorite. disappointing

Orange chicken was great, fried rice was very bland. I tried the chicken egg roll as well, also very bland.
Service:
My entire experience here was very awkward. I felt like I was being a burden just asking for what I wanted. Staff member that checked me out seemed to not be very happy about their job.
Atmosphere:
Very loud, one of the kitchen machines has a loud beep that drove me and my girlfriend crazy.
Overall, I rate the entire experience 5/10 , but to be honest, I don’t think I’ll ever come back. The chicken was good, but not THAT good for what I paid.

Odds Of Fame
So honestly the worst one is in our local town somehow… as a “policy” they can make accommodations such as cooking a fresh batch of WALNUT SHRIMP. Somehow Nashville is able to make that accommodation but it’s an hour 30 away… you guys and your management are the absolute worst. Especially the general manager with her “final say” on the matter. You need an attitude adjustment if you’re going to be in customer service and not be rude and snarky.

Never eat the chow mein. They cook new noodles but toss them in the bowl up front with the vegetables that have fallen to the bottom of the bowl from all the batches made from the 1st bowl made that day. So, if you like 9 hour old vegetables in your food. Go ahead and order it.

I understand bad timing but the store was dead empty I was the only person in the drive through and these kids served me OLD MEAT. It looks fine in the pic but NO it it SOGGY and CHEWY to the max….I understand being busy etc but giving people meat thats been sitting there for god knows how long…YOU CAN TASTE IT. Im a chef…. I would know. I really dont appreciate this I work for my money just like anyone else and to pay you my money and get this crap I could cook for myself. Im really annoyed you guys take money and allow your food quality to be like this….
