This is a classic sports bar and grill atmosphere and food. There are two sections of the restaurant. Inside, every booth has it’s own TV ( which you can control) and it’s very dark. It can be overwhelming to some. My wife can’t stand it. Outside, there are tables without a TV and it’s a different vibe. Food is good, prepared well and has lots of classic sports grill choices. Half price burgers on Sunday. Fantastic deal. Looking forward to more visits without my wife 😉

Frozen chicken patty, visibly brown lettuce, old Avocado on Burger. Mulligan’s has consistently been one of the worst food experiences I’ve had near Barre. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and tried several different items, as their location is very convenient, but they’ve brutally disappointed every single time. The prices are on the high end of what a good quality restaurant would charge, and it’s absolutely unacceptable at this level of quality. Note to Owners- give your cooks and waiters the support they need, you’re obviously over stretching them or under providing for their needs. There’s no reason they should need to be using frozen fried chicken, so give them what they need to cook good food and maybe I’ll give you my trust again!

Amazing fish tacos, great burgers and sandwiches all for a super affordable price. Inside the building is like pitch black, not sure why that appeals to anyone… but eating outside is nice! Quick service. Been to almost all the locations and they all get 5 stars so far.

The pub chips were not made fresh. Other locations serve them warm and fresh. Seating was difficult. The only inside tables available were either a super small table or a larger table. We tried to sit at the larger table but they told us no and instead had us sit outside at a wet table that we were drizzled on throughout the meal. Let it be noted, the larger table remained empty the whole time. Disappointing and unsure if I’ll visit this location again.

We had a fantastic waitress for the evening, even though we ended up being at the pub for 4 hours (still drinking) she never made us feel like we had to move on, she was good at re-fills and giving us time to catch up with some friends we had not seen for a while. Thankyou, I wish I could remember your name to call you out personally!

Gave them three stars, should be five stars but apparently to according to the bartender in the picture they have an anti-gun policy. He just walked in and came to us ( me and my better half) and just said umm, we have a no gun policy. Being a private place we just put them in the truck. Just Very unaware of this, no signs and we have carried open and concealed here many times. Very confused I think it more or less it’s the guy‘s feelings versus a policy (Must hate guns) what has this world become? He feels comfy with a child at the bar as dad drinks aside! On to better places I guess and spending about $200 a week. We love the place and food is great but that’s just wrong. There’s no policy, in that case they would have signs one would think. Oh by the way, McKenzie is amazing.

Honestly, it’s just not that good. The atmosphere was really loud, but mostly, the food was not good. We had with fries Burgers, Haddock, Mac and Cheese and taco salads. None of it was any good. Sorry your food needs some revamping for me to ever come again.
