Employee by the name of Chris fail to follow proper procedures of proper sanitation of washing his hands after using the Restroom, and when I mentioned it to him, he refused to wash his hands and continued disregarding it as well as refuse to take my order, and raised his voice insisting that he didn’t have to. I personally think that’s disgusting and disrespectful towards me and any future customers. I surely wouldn’t recommend this location as from what I have witnessed today, I could imagine how many employees don’t follow proper procedures or even care about the well being of any customers.

Went there today, 4/20/22.l around 330pm. No original glazed donuts, and out of a lot of other flavors and we were told they weren’t making any more. Highly disappointed. So much for a trip down there for my birthday , what a waste of time.

It’s really hard to figure out which lot to pull into. Then remember where you parked. It is complimentary parking I was surprised they don’t charge. Bonus! We walked all throughout the Casino and found Krispy Kreme. Honestly let your nose guide you! As we got there they had hot fresh donuts coming out of there conveyer. The gentleman behind the counter was really friendly. They have two kiosks one with the conveyer and then the other is a smaller one by the shopping area.

Nice place to grab some quick coffee and doughnuts on your way out of Mohegan Sun! Much less busy than the other Krispy Kreme location located deeper inside the casino.
