We eat here very often and order the same each time, orange chicken and chow mein noodles. We ordered tonight and they put it in a Togo tray. When we got to the table the chow mein was mostly cabbage. I went back up and asked about it and the lady said I would have to purchase another side if I wanted more of the noodles. Chicken was great as usual but disappointed that they would not make the chow mein right as they had just brought out a fresh pan of chow mein and it was almost all noodles as it should be. We did not order a side of cabbage which is what we mostly received.

Awful experience. The cashier could not speak English, and when I told her that I wanted a small drink and not a medium, she didn’t listen. I accidentally tapped my card to the reader, and the payment went through, so I asked to speak to a manager. Morgan, the manager, who I assume is really a shift leader probably, said I had to call a customer service hotline to get the difference refunded between a small and medium drink. The staff don’t realize the customer is there to be served and wants to get a small drink when they ask for a small drink and not something else. Nobody was polite, and all employees seem to have bad attitudes for the most part. I’m not sure about most of them, but ironically the woman who didn’t know English came and gave me a quarter for the difference on my drink, so I appreciated that gesture, but Morgan kept trying to force more food I don’t need on me when I clearly wanted a refund. You can’t treat a hardworking customer like this when they decide to budget money from their pay to eat at your restaurant. I’m the customer, and I get the service. I should at least. Will leave a negative feedback on their receipt as well.

Atmosphere could have been better if the male cashier tried to enjoy his job a little more. He was being very short with all customers. One lady was waiting on her coin change. She asked him about it, and he simply pointed without saying a word at the change counter bowl that the coins fall into. Rude.

Unfortunately I hate to give them the lowest review possible. After ordering online and my food saying it was going to be ready at 6:25. The rude manager said it was going to take another 20-30 mins. I didn’t mind waiting but asked him if there was anything he could do for the trouble. (maybe a free egg roll) the manager and staff were extremely rude and said it wasn’t there fault I chose to order online and the food took so long. I work at a car dealership and this is a common place we eat lunch and because if this, it’s going to cost them some business. Extremely rude service. A polite no, and an explanation would’ve sufficed. But they couldn’t even bother with that.

More disappointing than an unsalted pretzel. A well paid fast food staff should be able to keep up with what is offered on the menu and never come up short or out of something. Panda Express was good 15+ years ago. Now it is not worth the disappointment.

Food was small portions but tasty. The young guy working the drive through window, I. Curious how he ended up there. His service skills are below acceptable. He is unfriendly and had attitude when I drove around to get te teriyaki.sauce he failed to include with my order. I will likely come back to this recently opened store as it is decent but I’m puzzled how he was placed in the position as he is the face of the store when orders are placed. Less than acceptable attitude.

Fried rice was completely dry. Chicken was soggy and the honey walnut shrimp does not have the original Panda Express flavor of honey. The most worst part is that the lady who packs the food does not leave the shrimp which falls out of the wok, she adds it to the respective box or plate. This place needs a lot of change to get the feel of Panda Express.

Good variety of items and they were busy so the items were being replenished. Good price for 3 people. It cost around $35 total including drinks. The building was very clean and the restrooms were clean as well. Panda Express can be hit or miss but today it was a delightful meal with the family.

Ordered tonight via Doordash. I usually love Panda Express. We ordered Beijing Beef, Pepper Steak, and Honey Walnut Shrimp. We didn’t get Beijing Beef instead they sent another Pepper Steak. The Pepper Steak tasted burnt and like chemicals and the shrimp didn’t have flavor at all. We threw it out. I will never order from Panda Express again. It was beyond disgusting and definitely concerning that it tasted like chemicals. Way too much money to spend and throw it out. It’s way too much of a hassle to send back through Doordash so it’s just a $70 loss. Very disappointing.
