This location has trash management. Apologies for the strong language. I used to work in the restaurant industry and there are way more efficient ways to manage a kitchen. I sat in line with several other patrons inside for 30 minutes while they prioritized the drive through. Their excuse was, the drive through line was long. Mind you, many cars that came to the drive through were AFTER the indoor patrons had arrived and the indoor patrons were not attended to until the drive through was clear. By that time they had ran out of several items that the inside guests waited a half hour for.

Really disappointed in this location. It’s the slowest Panda I have been to. It doesn’t even make sense, because they are just scooping, and ringing it up. So even if everything is in stock, and ready to go, somehow it’s still going to take at least 15 minutes to get your food. The Dothan location is head, and shoulders better than this one.

Delicious as usual! Wish there was more communication in front with girls letting the cooks know when more food is needed. Luckily one of cooks in the back helped us and tried making sure food was stocked up front.

I’ve given this location so many chances and I’m just done. The portion sizes are shockingly small, like the chow mein only filling half the container and being undercooked, the rice is hard, the drive through is often closed. It has gone so downhill i dont want to risk wasting money for a bad meal.

Considering they have a hard time keeping staff, the store still runs fairly well. Food was full and fresh during lunch rush. Staff was polite and friendly towards each other and customers.

If we’re comparing this to other locations across the country, it’s great. Same taste. Same quantity. If you’re craving Chinese food, though, I’d recommend local options like Jin Jin. However, if you’re wanting a quick option, lots of food, and the convenience of a drive thru, this is the place for you!

First time eating at Panda Express. I ordered online and the pickup time was 8:30. I arrived at 8:35. I called about my order because the doors were locked. The guy on the phone told me to go through the drive-thru. The lady told me we were out of white rice and do you want fried rice instead. I told her fried rice is fine. 20 min later a different lady came over and asked what the order was. I told her. She said there’s no white rice. She came off as rude. My bf told her our food was supposed to be ready by 8:30. She said, “So what do you wanna do?.” I’m just thinking: Uhm, I already paid so you better give me my food. Unless you are going give me my money back. My bf told her we’ll have fried rice. She told me to park at the front and we’ll give you your order when it’s ready. 10 min later, we got finally got our food. I ordered grilled teriyaki chicken and it didn’t have teriyaki sauce on it. I even put utensils, napkins, teriyaki sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and soy sauce for the additional requests. The only ones we got were the utensils and soy sauce. Bad experience for my first time eating at Panda Express. I won’t be eating at this Panda Express ever again.
