Went thru the drive thru with mom tonight. The chicken entrees were good but the chow mein noodles tasted old and like rubber and color was dark brown they also smelled bad. Worst chow mean noodles I’ve ever had. I pulled them all out

Please adjust your hours. I went at 10:20am to pick up a few to-go orders for lunch. When I arrived Madison said there was no food ready for 20-25 minutes. If you open at 11am please say so! It’s not opening at 10am if all I can get is a drink and rice.
3 customers waiting and a 4th just pulled up. So it’s not just me trying to get a jump on lunch.
** Edit: Went up to the counter after 25 minutes. Madison said it’ll be another 15 and walked away. Food wasn’t all prepared until 10:59am. So not 20-25 minutes, it was 40 minutes.
The bright spot was Tiffany! When I went to check again Tiffany came from out of thin air, apologized and wrote down my order to speed things up when it was ready. I appreciated the extra thought and smile from Tiffany. I was admittedly annoyed by the shrugs from Madison and the long wait, but I honestly walked out happier after Tiffany. Give her a raise!

Did a mobile order when I got there food was not ready. Service at the window was rude. The way I receive my food. It came out. The plate. Service has got bad. food is always good. That’s not the problem.

My family drove through Enterprise and decided to give this Panda Express a try.
Both of us ordered bowls. Mine had fried rice and Angus beef while my wife order included 1/2 rice 1/2 noodles and orange chicken. The meat and noodles were great. Like with any visit to a Panda Express, the rice cooks under the hot lamps and dries out. Otherwise, our food rating would be a “5”.
We were greeted by the staff as we walked in, and sat down with our meal in less than 3 minutes. Fast and personable.
There were not that many guests in the restaurant at the time we were there, but there were a few tables that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The drink area had a towel that was in front of the tea bins to keep the excess tea from getting away. VERY unsanitary!
The eating area needed a little attention overall, but the service and the food were really good.

They were very busy when I arrived, I was waited on quickly and found a seat easily, the food was good and plenty. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean.

Delicious as usual! Wish there was more communication in front with girls letting the cooks know when more food is needed. Luckily one of cooks in the back helped us and tried making sure food was stocked up front.
