This is the first Panda Express that has refused to prepare food 1 hour before they even close, The cook left was their excuse, There were about 4 other employees there, don’t they get trained to also cook. Seems as if the owners tell this crew to prepare only small portions, because most of the menu items were not even available. Owner needs to step up and fix the way he runs his business.

This is the first panda express that serves small portions of food. I went there thinking I was going to get what I was going to pay for. I asked the lady serving me if she could add more rice and noodles and that I was willing to pay extra but she said she couldn’t. I called the manager to let her know about my experience but she hanged up on me. They definitely need to work on providing good customer service.

Last time I checked just because you close in 20 minutes doesn’t mean you should be serving half portions and have a poor attitude. If you’re open you should be serving people what they pay for.

It was about an hour until closing and they were out of a bunch of the options with about a 10 minute wait. Fried rice wasn’t fried, it was white rice with carrots, chicken was mushy and skeptical, fortune cookies were soft, noodles were dry and not completely cooked so chose to basically trash it all. Garbage. It was a desperate measure and now I’m still hungry lol let’s be honest, it’s not the best anyway but wow.

In my opinion, this is one of the better Panda Express in the area. The food is often pretty fresh, tasty, and they make missing entrees pretty fast. The price is a bit much, but that’s more on corporate than this establishment itself. A nice spot to stop and get lunch quickly and is honestly better than most Chinese places in Gulf Breeze.

Went in right at an hour before closing. They were out of most food items and refused to prepare any food. I was told it was their policy and that they had already shut the kitchen down. They have always been slow and I always expect to wait, but this takes on a new level of bad.

Ordered a chicken Teriyaki with super greens and there was a Piece of wire metal hopefully that was all that was in there and I didn’t swallow. I’ve called three times to let them know and they would not answer the phone. I’m at work so I couldn’t go back plus metal was at the very bottom of the bowl. Why have a phone if you’re not going to answer the phone call.They better hope I don’t end up in the ER. Restaurants need to stop using wire brushes.

I am a fan of panda express food but in this place everything is served in small portions, nothing compared to the others. If they need to be paid more money to serve a portion, as it has to be, that’s fine.
