Never had a bad experience with any Panda Express until this one today. This “food” is AWFUL. Its obvious the grill needs to be cleaned since my chicken (the 2 small slithers i found under the pound of green beans on my plate…) were covered in burnt particles. And the rice had so many burnt black particles in it that it looked ‘scattered, smothered and covered’ in black pepper! Not to mention the smell! What a waste of money. Couldn’t eat one bite

I got a to-go plate of chow mien and orange chicken.
When I got the food in my car, I remember thinking, “The smell is a bit off.”

However it looked good and the portion was good.

THE TASTE IS TERRIBLE…. Unacceptable.

The chow mein noodles is the worst and I normally love it. The texture is more dry than usual but taste awful. It tastes like burnt plastic and rubber.

The orange chicken wasn’t as bad but still it was noticeably off.

I cannot eat any of it and I am hungry.
I wouldn’t buy from this location if it was a dollar. It’s not editable if you have taste buds.

Hopefully this didn’t ruin panda for me.
I go to the Panda Express on Windy Hill in Marietta frequently and it’s top notch.

I placed a mobile order for a plate with fried rice, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. When I received my food I found that they had only given me three shrimp. It’s kind of ridiculous considering they charge extra for the shrimp.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but my experience with this location was not good and needs addressed. After reading others reviews, I figured I would leave my experience.

We eat panda often, we were in the area and stopped in to get panda. First off, I stood there for about 10 minutes without anyone saying anything, they kept walking up, grabbing stuff, cleaning and looking at me like they were irritated I was there as if they were closing. We had over an hour and a half left till closing. The least they could have said is, we will be with you in a minute, they looked so bothered I almost left. Someone finally walks up and helps me. They didn’t have much left of anything, I said I want a plate to go with both sesame chicken, she puts it in and it’s barley one scoop, so she pushes it across into the second scoop area and closes it up to move onto my next plate, so I say, that wasn’t a second scoop, she says oh yeah, opens it back up and asks what I want for my second scoop. They didn’t have more sesame chicken and instead of saying something like, it’s going to be 5 minutes to make more, do you want to wait or choose something else? She just says pick something else, so I ended up doing that, because at this point I just wanted to get our food and leave. When I get to the register I asked if I could purchase three empty bowls (used to split the food up for the kids) she then so no plate, I was like, no… bowls and she says it again, a plate and then grabs three paper plates and sticks them in the bag, fine not a big deal, I checkout and leave. I don’t plan on going to this location anymore, we shouldn’t have to baby sit to see if they actually give you what you’re paying for while not feeling welcome.

They should take some pointers from the Fayetteville location, who do a great job.

Hong made me pay for a donation that i declined and then proceeded not to give me my change back. She needs to be talked to about that. Kinda ridiculous?! To be completely honest as well… I don’t think she understood a single word I was saying to her! Why would a person that not very good with english be a cashier? Just wondering. But I hope in the future I could not be charged and not not given my money back!!

Team Member Shoutout: DRO!!! This is my local Panda Express and multiple times I’ve witnessed Dro is the most active team member. He was the only one greeting guest and cutting the line down by his quickness, not to mention my husband and I saw him cut his lunch break short to help with the long line of customers!! Keep doing your thing Dro, it does not go unnoticed.

They wrong! I got the new fire cracker steak & shrimp and they only put 1 shrimp on here. Last time they gave me about 3 or 4 pieces but today they tried it smh they are being cheap.

i was very disappointed with my food and service. The chow mein was burnt and the cream cheese rangoons were never delivered. i had to go up to the counter and ask. still had to wait another 5 minutes.

Food was fresh. Service was quick both visits I had. Staff is courteous. Restaurant was clean inside. They have a few outside tables if you want to dine outside, as well as inside of course. For the money you get quite a bit of food.

I was very disappointed with the service during my visit. The staff offered free samples of a new drink to every outdoor table—except ours. We were the only Asian customers sitting outside, and it was hard not to notice the difference in treatment. This experience made us feel excluded and uncomfortable. I hope the management will reflect on this and ensure all customers are treated equally in the future.
