Went in at 6:11 and the lobby opened at 6. No one at the open register to take my order. Looked around the corner in the kitchen and two ladies just chatting away with each other. Ignored me and when pressed said , were not on the clock. It actually was the manager and continued to ignore me. No explanation, no advice, no willingness to help. I left and went through the drive thru. No one answered to take my order. The worst customer service ever. That manager needs to be fired!

I realize this is a “first-world” complaint, but I’m going to voice it anyway. Whoever’s responsible for adding ketchup or other condiments to burgers/sandwiches at Hazard’s original McDonald’s restaurant (Combs Road) seriously needs to be taught better, or else fired. Every time I order a Filet-O-Fish sandwich from the Combs Rd McDonald’s and ask for ketchup, THIS is what I get—barely a tiny drop or two (see attached photos of two separate orders placed in recent months). If it weren’t so insulting, it would be laughable. Come on, people! You can do better. (Thankfully, I didn’t eat these sandwiches until I got home, where I keep a large bottle of ketchup in the refrigerator at all times.) RIDICULOUS . . .

I ordered my breakfast through the mobile app for this location. I ordered at about 10:10am and they do not stop serving breakfast until 10:30am. I made my way to the store under the assumption my food.would be prepared. When I arrived they told me I could not get the breakfast due to it being 1030am now even though I ordered this at 10:10am. Horrible customer service and lazy. My order should have been already bagged when I arrived. I will not go to this location again.

I hope this finds the right person who needs to see this. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Came in with two other families who had the same experience. We ordered breakfast @10 am. Finally got one of the orders @10:45am that was wrong. Manager on duty was rude as can be. I promise I will never visit this location again.

Worst Experience EVER!
Go in for breakfast at 10:12am. Still no food at 10:35. Go up and I ask if this lady is the manager, she said yes while standing in the back. I said, can I speak to you. She comes to the counter and I tell her we are still waiting for our breakfast. She said she had to drop more hash browns and food is coming. At 10:59am, still no food. I see every employee serving lunch in the restaurant and at the window. Asked for money back. No apologies. No offer to make lunch since we clearly were not getting g breakfast. Horrible management. Never ever will we eat here

McDonald’s Food has been So Much Better the last couple weeks. Now if only some of the workers in drive thru would appear more Happy. You come in contact with a few Hundred People aday, turn that frown around , Remember you impact a lot of people and being Negative and down isn’t what anyone wants t o see. Enjoy you day…..

Food is fine, but if I’m asked to pull forward again I swear… I could order a Diet Coke and still be asked to pull forward. I’ve been here 5-10 times and every single time waited 10-15 minutes after pulling up.
