I come to this location on my way to work…4 days in a row my coffee was bland…you ask for flavors they just give milk..ok had my order fixed..today order a SIMPLE $5 meal…1 wrap 1 order of hash browns and a medium coffee…simple…lady charges me for 2 wraps and I repeated the order she did not…I said you are charging me for 2 she goes no i am not…the meal comes out to 8.69….not the issue…u didnt listen to me…gives me the wrong order im like ok…tell her you over charged she goes no i didn’t…had to go inside and get a refund…honestly LISTEN to your customers and REPEAT the orders…as a former Dunkin manager I used to enforce that on everyone so issues LIKE this never happened. This location literally messes up your orders daily- why its even here is no clue.

we got to the window and the lady was already giving an attitude. i asked if i could pay $20 cash and then 3 on card and i hand her the $20 cash when i go to pay with card she charges me $20 on the card which thankfully declined. she then asks another person how to do it and they both start giving me an attitude. They tell me to try again and my card declines again which i get is my fault but then the lady started laughing at my face and said no money so i told them to take off a drink so that it would equal just the $20. After they all argued for a bit they then said “we gave you this for free you have to take it next time make sure you have money.” I usually come to this dunkin because their workers are nice at night but in the morning i guess it’s different. Our food was very undercooked and it was just a very unpleasant experience.

I used to come here no problem. hs ppl would be there. I had not been there in about a yr or 2 until recently. Idk if there’s new management, owner or what but it’s disastrous.
most def. not going back. The avocado toast barely had avocado. my cream cheese bagel was barely toasted and again, such a thin spread of cream cheese ! I threw out most of bagel bc it was so dry. I was in the mood for matcha. guess what. They had underfilled it. the photo is of me not having a sip. Wow.
Charge us less if you’re going to give less, owner of this dnd. smh. basically charged me 5 bucks for a single dry old slice of bread. the whole thing combined was just disappointing
that’s not a place I trust of be handling my food back there if this is what they’re giving us now.

That dubiing donuts making over job with their super customer service. Fast and delicious food. Also i like coffee they know how balance all in a cup. Steongly recomended if you want to stop and try a good food with smiling face.

Definitely got an upgrade all around when they remodeled. Staff and service seem to have improved, orders are more consistent, and it is conveniently located. Wait times at the drive through can be painful though.

Probably the worst dunkin donuts i have ever been to. They had like 7 donuts left, no munchkins, my drink was wrong and they charge 1.00 for no ice like what if i just didnt want the ice because of the taste. The donuts were hard as a rock. I went at like 11:00pm I guess customers who come later on in the day are not as important as earlier customers. Also the lady was rude about me not wanting ice

This is the second time I’ve ordered an ice cappuccino and they sent me an ice coffee from this place. I paid more to get what I wanted. I don’t recommend ordering online from this place, since they can’t give you what you paid for.
