The food was meh at best. My wife had the teriyaki chicken and didn’t like it. I had the orange chicken, but it was bland as was the rice and lo mein. The stand alone restaurants have a much better flavor. Also, there is a lot of construction going on in this food court which makes the dining experience a challenge. Gave 3 stars for generic food court seating, but would drop it to 1 while construction is going on,

Portion sizes are too small for the prices. I was charged an additional $1.25 for steak however there were only 3 to four quarter inch pieces in my bowl. I know you are running a business but being stingy with portion sizes is a sure fire way to ward off return visits. A small bowl of rice a scoop of protein and a small drink should not come to $12.00. For a dollar more I could have ordered Chinese delivery and received way more food plus had it delivered. Get it together Panda Express!!!

Horrible horrible service!! I ordered 3 entrees and sides and they were out of chow mein, I was told there would be a 10 minute wait time. I came back after 15 mins and asked if its ready and the cashier shook her head “no” with an attitude. I asked if I should leave if they don’t have it ready, even after waiting for so long, and she said “yes”. I was so upset and left hungry. The woman working there had an attitude and did not care at all that my order wasn’t made. I have been out of the country for 2 years and had been craving this chow mein. I’m disappointed the quality of service has fallen drastically, specifically this location!!

I received good service from the employees. The orange flavored chicken, the rice and chow mein was good. But the honey sesame chicken was very nasty. They definitely cooked it. The green beans in it were shriveled up and dry, the bells peppers were burnt and the sauce tasted disgusting so the chicken tasted disgusting. This will be going in the trash. This was my first time eating at this location. I wasted my money. I wish I had only got the orange flavored chicken. The other entree I originally wanted wasn’t available and I didn’t have time to wait for it to cook because I was on my lunch.

I have one word for this location and its RACISTS! I don’t use this term lightly or freely either. In fact, I’ve never reviewed a restaurant using this terminology. If not racists, they are definitely picking and choosing how and who they serve. So what happened?

I just received my delivery. I ordered mushroom chicken, kung Pao chicken, 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 super greens. I opened up the container and the kung Pao slot was empty! I called and she put me on an eternal hold. Hung and called back and now they’re not answering. I wasn’t rude at all. Horrible customer service!

The food was fair. I’ve had better here. The service was horrible. It was 7:00 and we didn’t know they closed at 8:00. We ordered, asked if they had veggies, and received a curt “No”. It would have been better if we were told we’re not cooking anymore, because of the closing time. Then we got one wrong entree with only an “Oh” when my husband pointed it out. She did fix it right away. The 2 up front were playing with each other the whole time…so rude. No “thank you”…just poor customer service all around. But there’s a Panda Express less than 10 minutes away, so I’ll stick with that one.

My experience on 01/12/23 was very disappointing. I was told “No” when I asked to taste something. A simple “we don’t give out sample anymore” would’ve been fine. I believe she was the manager ( a small Asian woman), very unprofessional and rude.
