I bring my mom here for lunch about once a month. This location opened up last year (2025) and it’s really close to her. We have enjoyed it every time. Everything is cooked fresh and the restaurant is very clean.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at this franchise. The food itself is no different than other locations, but the service here is terrible.
After placing and paying for our order (just teriyaki chicken and spring rolls), we were told to pull into a parking spot and wait. We waited over 30 minutes and no one ever came out to update us. As we were about to walk inside, an employee came out and said she didn’t take our order and that the food was still being prepared, blaming how busy it was inside.
Eventually, the manager came out. By that point, I was already more frustrated than before. He offered a free drink or extra food, which I declined at that point, I just wanted to leave and knew I wouldn’t be returning. We then still had to wait for him to go back inside and come back out with the food.
This was actually our second time ordering here, and the same issue happened before. Instead of letting customers know upfront that an item isn’t available or that there will be a long wait so they can decide if they want to stay, you’re left sitting with no communication at all.
For a restaurant that’s this new especially one sharing a lot with much better options this level of disorganization and poor service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Extremely slow, ordered in advance for pickup. Was supposed to be ready by 5:15 but didn’t receive until 5:45. There were a line of people waiting and everyone was stuck because they were out of noodles. Only one guy was cooking the noodles and he looked to be in no rush while training and chatting with a new employee. Go to the one on Highway 120, much faster service.

I ordered two bowls honey walnut shrimp and Chicken and mushrooms both with chowmein. I was informed the shrimp was an upgrade. When i got the order i got 5 shrimp and half a bowl of chowmein. The other bowl was about the same…they looked like kids portions. Service was slow and just overall very disappointing. The portions I got for 2 bowls should have been one. This is my third time here (because its one mile from my house) and the service and portions are far less than other locations. Won’t be back…

So as there is a line of folks standing to order food, all of their employees are working a Togo order. Which ok I get it but you can’t talk to the rest of us let us know what’s going on or at least 1 out of 8 of you could have helped us….I watched multiple people walk out before my husband and I did…and as we are leaving the manager day be safe…..not Iam sorry….come back in and let me help you….mind you we dine here at least once a week ….. extremely disappointed with this experience and wil go to the other locations

Employees were nice. Space looked clean, but it was in fact not a clean environment. Roach by the front door when leaving and we ordered food and left before it was ready due to me seeing the staff make fresh fried rice… and proceeded to pull 3 long hairs out of it and still put it out for people to eat. The staff was making orders while her hands had black residue on them and was touching food and putting it back into people’s plates. Won’t be back.

This location is so slow. Every time I have ordered from this location I have to wait for something to be cooked and it always takes longer than they say it will…..whether I order through the app or the drive-thru. The employees always have a bunch of excuses for why it takes so long. Tonight I actually watched the manager stand outside the restaurant and watch his employees get chewed out by the customer that was in front of me at drive-thru when he went inside to get his order. The manager continues to leave instead of go back inside to see if he could help with the situation. This location is not a well oiled, well running restaurant. It depends on which area I’m in whether I visit this location or a different location. I don’t have these wait issues at the other location. I will not be visiting this location any longer.

I ordered the Beijing beef with low mein. It tasted fine but I was on the toilet about 9 hours later and it was the only thing I ate all day. Service was also slow but that was expected since it was around lunch time

Yummy food, VERY clean and quiet place, and it’s in a beautiful part of Gainesville I always get the beef and broccoli with fried rice and it’s a must have. Only wish they would add more meat!!

I’ve been to this new location twice now and have been fully satisfied on both occasions. The food is delicious and tastes like it does at any other Panda Express. Service is pretty quick and the employees are friendly. They also have some good coupons that go out to people living in the area. As far as the food choices, you can’t go wrong with sweetfire chicken and orange chicken, but if you’re willing to pay an upcharge, the honey walnut shrimp is my personal favorite.
