Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We drive from Beckley, WV just to eat here on occasion. We’ve never had a bad experience! I had the kung pao chicken, sirloin pepper steak and chow mein along with an eggroll. The portions are plentiful. I always ask for it in a to go box, so I can take what is leftover home to enjoy later. I really wish we had a Panda where I live!

Gave us food poisoning on Christmas. We ate here on the 23rd and woke up on Christmas eve severely sick. We were supposed to drive up to NoVa to spend Christmas with my family, and we’re sitting on the toilet instead. Had to get it from this establishment as my wife and I ate nothing else the same in the time leading up to us getting sick. Steer clear, their food safety is obviously not up to par.

I am sitting here right now and just finished my meal. I was fortunate to arrive and see the freshly cooked, teriyaki chicken come out. One gal did a kind thing for me, though I will not say what it is becoming I do not want to give other folks any ideas. While I was dining, a gentleman went from table to table asking people if they were enjoying their food. That was a thoughtful bit of customer service.

The food was excellent and the staff was very nice. They also had clean restrooms and overall a clean feel to the restuarant. They are open for walk in takeout or drive thru. They do not have the dining room open at this time.

I love this location! The staff are always very sweet and helpful. I went in tonight for dinner around 9:10pm and before I could even order, one of the wok chefs came up to me and told me he’d make string bean chicken for me. That’s one of the only things I can order, due to some dietary restrictions. Usually there’s a wait for it, which I don’t mind! — But it was really nice having someone remember me (and what I typically order) and cook a portion just for me. I wish I could remember his name.

Chase at this location is amazing. Always super helpful and patient no matter how ridiculous my request might be. We also went less than 30 min before closing..The food is consistently fresh and the service makes this my favorite Panda location in the area!

We eat here quite often. The service and staff are extremely good. The food is very good with a decent variety to choose from especially if you dine-in. The drive thru menu has less to choose from but don’t let that fool you.
However, just one thing I would like to see added to their fried rice is a little extra onion or green onion to give it more flavor. The rice is good but why settle for good when you could have fantastic? 😉

We love Panda Express as always, but I wanted to give a shout out to Nan and Cameron for the awesome and sweet customer service experience! There are so many choices for food and I’m definitely looking forward to getting the Hot Orange Chicken next time we stop by!
