I walked in at 10:05pm and they closed at 10:30pm. They were not inviting at all when I walked in. The manager immediately snapped at me and said, “You’re our last customer. This is all that we have left.” Like I dont have a choice of what to choose. I just feel like, as an establishment, it doesn’t matter how close to the end of the night. You guys should be able to give full service. The food looked very unenticing. They had barely anything left, and he walked over and tossed the food like it was okay. I’m disappointed because I go to this place a lot and the service always falls short. The care that is put into the values of this place and its service is very low, and it just puts a bad taste in my mouth. I hope you guys will see this . Please make some sort of assertive change because the way I just walked in there and walked right out is not fair to anyone.

Walked in at 9:30 on a Friday night, was hoping to try the new Firecracker steak and shrimp. Asked the manager how long is the wait, he tells me 5 mins. After 10 mins, I ask again. Turns out the cook made the wrong thing and it would be another “5 mins”. Instead of waiting, I ask for something else (pictured) teriyaki chicken. But instead I just get dry chicken with no teriyaki sauce, and a rush to get me out the door. Everyone was cleaning and packing up an hr before close. Not worth the time or money.

Absolutely horrible food. I literally spit out the beef from my beef broccoli plate I ordered. I also got grilled chicken teriyaki and the cuts of chicken were horrible and full of fat. The fried rice was bland and white. What fried rice is white?! Chow Mein was also bland. Don’t waste your money, go to a real Chinese place. Even the hole in the wall places are better than this place

I went to buy something at this Panda Express. Everything started well with the man who served me. Then, when I ordered takeout, I got offended because he told me I thought much more than the government. The man who served him should change his vocabulary so as not to offend customers. Just bought a MEDIUM container of white rice.. $4.66 with tax. But the people on the cashier registration speak Spanish and talk bad about customers. Not only that, the portion is small, but it charges me for a medium price. It’s a RIP OFF! Even SAKURA Japanese restaurants in the same shopping center charged me only $3 bucks. No more coming to PANDA EXPRESS. It’s not even Chinese cuisine. It’s more like for people who can’t tell between authentic and fake stuff. 1 LESSON for me to learn today.

Usually this Panda is really good but today they really messed up, I ordered walnut shrimp and guest what was not with the shrimp…. WALNUTS. I know should have checked right before I left, next time I will. The photo below is my order, took the picture as soon as I realized no walnuts.
