Every time I order for pick up, they always mess it up or barely give you anything. I understand it is supposed to be a certain portion but I literally did not receive any BEEF in my beef and broccoli. Literally all I have is rice and broccoli that I paid $9 for. The only positive thing I can say is the workers are nice, they just must not care when doing to go orders.

Went there craving for some spicy Chinese food. Ordered a kungpao chicken, orange chicken, and spicy chicken with rice. It tasted good, but I felt I could’ve used a little more spice in the spicy chicken. The staff was accommodating.

My children and I have been eating at this Panda Express for years, but when I went there the other day, I was surprise to find out that after you order your food they charge you for the bag they put your food in. When the lady asked me if I would like a bag, I was a bit surprised, so I asked her, do I have to pay for a bag. She said, Yes. I was shocked. I didn’t get a bag, and she placed my food right in my hand and said, Enjoy. HAHAHA. All I can say is at least they only charge $.05 cents. Because foreign grocery store and other stores are really taking advantage. Places like Caribbean Market in Langley Park charge $.25, sometimes $.35 cents per bag, and I have even went to places that charge up to $.50 cents per bag. The Go Green idea is not working and some store are charging more than the agreed $.05 cents. They are taking advantage of the customers. I don’t go to Caribbean Market any more. I hope Panda Express stay with the agreed amount of $.05 cents and don’t follow those other places.

Good food and clean place.when i visited around noon i was expecting to see at least 2 cashier/server! But there was only one vs a large crowd of hungry customer! She did her best tho, so i eventually ate. Im not sure if its always like that but if so they need to fix it! There is street parking too so its easily accessible

NOTHING IS EVER made on time if you order ahead.. I have had my family order through the app or online and every time without fail, I have had to sit there for over 30min waiting for my order. I have had my family order multiple times and without fail, I either have had to get someone’s attention for not acknowledging that I am standing in the online pick-up area by the cashier, or even after being acknowledged still see crowds of people come in and out get their order from standing in line before my order is ready! They have given me excuses saying that it’s their online ordering system that’s new and has bugs, to them arguing behind the counter about who’s responsibility it was to take care of online orders.. I think at this point, I’d like to take my business elsewhere like I should have done a long while ago.. unless you are ordering for yourself in line, do not bother ordering ahead… wasted so much time just sitting there expecting them to do better just waiting for my order…

We ordered for pickup (we live 3 minutes from the restaurant and left to pick it up immediately). The food was lukewarm. The noodles tasted like something a grandpa would find in the back of their fridge and not know when they put them there. The chicken tasted like cardboard. The shrimp was ok once warmed up a bit, but I still ended up throwing everything up. 2 thumbs down.

This location provides consistently delicious quality food and friendly staff to boot. Weather dining in, take out or pick up, I am 100% satisfied and remain a return customer. Update 4/2023: although a recent takeout order placed through the official website, was not ready by estimated time and and ordered item was out of stock, the staff was very prompt and courteous in greeting me, as well as notifying me of the out of stock item and offering another. Will definitely return.

They need to do something about the roach problem. I went there this past week and a roach was literally hanging off the wall almost falling in the food area. It really made my appetite go away and I threw the food away even though I had already paid upfront. It was really disgusting to see the size of that roach just hanging there.
