I’m pissed off because they stole my money for an order of two plates. I don’t even feel like writing and explaining the whole crap. But long story short, I ordered and paid online, showed up near closing, they locked doors and refused to give me my order, which was sitting right on table. You could see different ones smiling and laughing like it’s funny. But the thing about jokes….. there’s always more jokes to come , and sometimes the jokes on you, cause others like to laugh too . So always be kind .
UPDATE- so corporate did do the right thing and I got refunded. So Panda Express is still a favorite place, but avoid this location at all cost.

My fiancé and I stopped in this location to grab a quick early dinner. I’m not from the area but my fiancé is and knows the better chain locations out here. Incidentally my man rarely requests Chinese for dinner when we take away but tonight to my surprise he had a taste for specifically Panda Express!
I never turn down any Asian cuisine and especially American Chinese! The last time I had Panda Express was on the west coast maybe over ten years ago and so I was interested in seeing if it could compare to the tasty memories I was so fond of when dining at their California locations and it was!
This place was a good as I had remembered Panda Express to be and they filled us up with their “Bigger Plates” in where you get 3 entree’s and one side for like $12 bucks! The price was right and so was everything we tried.. Now I’m just keeping my fingers crossed that my fiancé will have more of these sudden Panda Express cravings on our future take away dates lol!

The Worker named Maria made my food and when she went to make as I asked for Sesame shrimp and beef i had gotten the (plate) she only gave me 1 little scoop of that and the other worker filled the rest with the other side I asked for and when I went to ask to put a little bit more shrimp and beef they say they’d charge me extra when I should’ve gotten my moneys worth and as I was leaving she had the nerve to laugh about it . I don’t appreciate it at all . I will not be coming back to panda express besides If I do she will not fix my order ! * MORE ORANGE CHICKEN THEN SESAME SHRIMP & BEEF * !

On december 24th I placed an order for pick up . I set my time for pick to be asap so it was supposed to be ready at 9:14pm. I get a notification that my food is ready at 9:03 so i ultimately hurry to pick up my food so that it doesn’t get cold. surprisingly, i was left to find the door was locked upon arrival. i see associates there and they’re cleaning. i was confused because i still had my order waiting on the shelf and people had their delivery orders to pick up so i called the store from outside. no response. the worker who’s on break tells me to wait 10 minutes. i’ve worked at panda express so i was assume he just started his break. he finished his break and completely ignored us went to go clean the bathroom. i called again and this time i could see a manager who was cleaning the wok started to laugh and so did the other associates. he finally picked up the phone and said they closed at 9 which doesn’t make sense because why wasn’t then the online ordering system shut down and why was my order marked ready at 9:03 when i placed it at 8:58pm. now as i speak to him on the phone he states that the doors are locked and can’t give me my food because they’re closed which doesn’t make sense because from my experience at panda the only time a door cannot be open is when there’s money out which is considered a high violation. we ended the call with him saying food can be picked up at 9:45. At about 9:37 he opens the doors at this point when we spoke i told him i wanted a refund because my shrimp would’ve been cold. he asked for my name, last 8 of order number & my phone number to process the refund. as of 12/31 i haven’t received any refund and will not be eating at this location again. If I knew panda express would treat their customers like this I would’ve never worked for this company for over 1.5 years, This is unacceptable.

Do not get the teriyaki chicken at this location. The person cooking is not fully cooking the chicken and I had to find out the hard way. The chicken was very rubbery and had no char or teryaki on it.While the manager offered me a new plate with different entrees, the teriyaki chicken was undercooked during my 2nd visit as well. I expressed food safety concerns with management and clearly nothing was done. I will not be eating panda express again.

When I got there, no food was made. I had to wait for 10-15 min. The portion sizes are horrible and the food is bland. I ordered; chow mein, blazin bourbon chicken and black pepper chicken. The chow mein was terribly dry with a thousand onions and was chewy(underdone),the chicken and steak was bland. I had more vegetables the meat. You would’ve thought I asked for vegetables. Never again!

Love this Panda Express. Staff is friendly. Food seems to always be fresh. They never forget my sauces or extra things when I place a mobile order. Also love that they’re open super late!

Nice location very convenient to the national harbor… the young lady at the register ( kahdisa) was very pleasant and helpful.Please call ahead for your order if you can because it gets busy…. And the wait gets up to 18-minutes

It was a wonderful experience I received especially with OBED. He was courtesy, kind, and very professional. He smiled as he greeted me at the door and made sure my service was top tier. I absolutely will definitely be visiting this location again especially if he is there because who wouldn’t want to get food from a place who’s providing professional kind service in a clean welcoming environment.

Ordered Through Uber Eats, The food was DRY teriyaki chicken have no sauce, The chow mein was dry! Food just Bland. what’s the point of getting Teriyaki chicken with no sauce, And if not put some on it just put packets on the side. smh never ordering from this location again
