We didn’t have high expectations for the food at Paradise Inn Dining Room after reading some of the Google reviews—but we were pleasantly surprised! We ordered the T-bone steak, prime rib, and pasta, and all of them were delicious.

Since we were sharing the dishes and the mains arrived at nearly the same time, the pasta had cooled down a bit. Thankfully, the staff was kind enough to reheat it for us—and it tasted even better afterward.
(Dinner is served from 6:00 to 8:00 PM)

We were so lucky to have arrived after the lunch rush and we’re seated immediately. We had the Large Format Chicken Salad, PNW Chicken Club and Garlic Butter Burger. After our drive, we thoroughly enjoyed this meal!

Celebrated my birthday this season at Paradise.
This season’s seasonal chef crew at Paradise is on point as it can be hit or miss both at Longmire and Paradise.
Salmon dip starter was yummy garnished with even more salmon chunks.
The braised pork shank and mushroom pasta are on point.
Shank was tender, moist and fell off the bone on a bed of creamy polenta and gravy.
After a long day of exploring, the mushroom pasta made me cry tears of joy as the brown butter sauce was dreamy!
Generous portions.
All the servers were very welcoming and attentive.
A wonderful end to a wonderful day. ️

No problems here. We split the chicken club and had a hard cider. Both delicious. Service especially Carlie was well and attentive. The dinning room atmosphere is great not too noisy but just right. Definitely would come back.

Wife and I stopped to get something to eat after the 6 mile skyline loop hike.

Atmosphere is pleasant and vintage, as much of it is as it was in 1916. Service was A+ and food was delivered fast.

Food was good, despite other reviews. I had the Paradise Burger with sweet potato fries and my wife had a chicken sandwich with a side salad.

Not many options in this area obviously and this is definitely a good one. Stop in, enjoy the views, and have a meal.

It seems things may have changed this season, because we had a great dinner here. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the mushroom pasta with added shrimp was excellent. The starter bread was fresh and the honey butter was delicious. We finished with a warm blackberry pie and ice cream that was top notch. Great service too. I felt the food, experience, and convenience aligned with the cost!

I ordered burrata with tomatoes, and while eating, I felt something sharp in my mouth. It turned out to be a piece of plastic or glass, likely from a balsamic sauce bottle. They removed it from the bill, but the unpleasant feeling remained.

The view and the charcuterie board were amazing. The servers need more training but they were all super kind. The meals tasted like the timing was off so the kitchen needs to learn their dishes better. It was obvious the steak had sat under a heat lamp and cooked until well done while the other meals were prepared. We’d still go back for the experience!

Great location and arguably the best meal I’ve had in a national park. The prices are high but you’re paying for the location and historic Paradise Inn ambience. My wife and I both had the burger and then followed up with a mixed berry pie and chocolate cake. The food was above average but I understand why some people complain about the value. Service was good but it seemed as if they were understaffed during the busy dinner rush. Would definitely eat here again but wouldn’t do so more than once per trip to the park. It was definitely convenient after a long day of hiking.

I had dinner twice. On the first day, had northwest salad, duck breast, creme brulee and a glass of pinot noir. On the second day, had croquettes, salmon, panna cotta, a glass of riesling, and a camp muir cocktail. About food, it was quite satisfactory. I think people expecy too much for here. The texture of panna cotta and rissoto(with salmon) was not super good, but you know this is not a 5 star hotel restaurant or Michelin star restaurant. It’s quite expensive but it’s at the top so I can understand it. Staffs are not enough to cover the whole restaurant, but try to do their best. Anyway, I was satisfied with this place(the price is quite expensive though).
