Ordered Panda Express’ 3 entree plate which had Orange chicken, Kung Pao chicken and Honey Walnut shrimp that came with 2 sides (chowmein and fried rice). It was enough for the three of us and the taste was good.

This is my third time visiting the food chain in Delaware welcome center. Food quality was super bad. Portion was so little that doesn’t worth to buy from this place. Manager Oriana R was rude when I was complaining about the quality and portion. Also manager refused when I asked is the reference number because they give us broken receipt. Panda should hire a trained manager in this highly competitive place.

Agree .. this is not full fledged restaurant… rice and chicken was good but I wish it was better. Wait time and service ! We love this restaurant area though. Good pit stop during long drives .

Worst food! Orange chicken has no orange taste but is spicy. Everything is overcooked! The crew is disorganized and difficult to communicate with. Should have looked at reviews before ordering. Will never come back!

Staff were super quick and efficient packing up our delicious three-entree plate when we only had a 10-minute bus rest stop. The friendly young man at the register even gave my daughter a complimentary soft drink when he overheard the child begging me for a cup.
We’ve stopped here a couple times, and consider this Panda Express to offer the best-quality and most-delicious food available at this outstanding Biden rest stop. The crispy spicy beef, beef with broccoli, and of course must-have orange-flavored chicken were all on point. Will definitely return!

2.5 stars is too much for this place .. more like 1.5 .. for the most part the employees here are miserable. I understand they are overwhelmed with travelers but man they hate their job. There’s a hefty boy there that hates people and he gives small portions like really I know that’s not how you serve your plate . Ether way place sucks go to burger king they have good food and self checkout.
