Upon entry, I greeted the server with eye contact, only to be met with silence, dismissed, and ignored. Simultaneously, she then turned her back and walked away. During this brief encounter, I caught a glimpse of the food being presented and found that a majority of selections were minimal and not freshly made. Please understand, my experience from this forwarns poor customer service and selective biases. I suggest investigating this location as it does not represent the best intentions as experienced from many Panda Express franchises patronized.

I came to panda express to pick up a delivery order. I spent my first five minutes waiting in line And then when I saw other DoorDashers just go straight to the front of the line, I went there. One employee was making her food for her break instead of helping the long line And/or acknowledging me and another Dasher that was standing waiting to be helped. I waited another 5 to 10 minutes before anybody helped me, and when I finally was helped and told them the name of my order they still had yet to make it Then, instead of making that order, they proceeded to make three other orders before then causing me to wait another five minutes for them to make the order. Waiting almost 20 minutes for an order is ridiculous

The panda express on rt 40/ Pulaski highway in Delaware SUCKS they serve food that’s old and been sitting out ALL day then have the nerve to UPCHARGE you just for getting shrimp as one of your entrees! They don’t even tell u that while youre ordering or anything and then when u go to pay your total is $3 more. Don’t come here it’s always a scam of some kind! Every single time. Then you have the guy who speaks NO English all mad yelling in Chinese because u asked why the upcharges every time u come here. Their portions for their meat are one spoon full while they make your whole box rice or nasty low mein that is basically all onions and 3 noodles

Had to wait about 15 minutes for the food, but it was fresh, so it was worth the wait. This was my first visit and I was a little annoyed with having to wait, but once I got home and tasted it, I was happy. The food was delicious and the customer service was great.

I have to share my disdain for this location in particular. I’ve dined at Panda Express from California to Maryland and plenty of stops in between.
My favorite dish at this franchise is veggie spring rolls dipped in their Red Sweet and Sour Sauce. This location is literally the only location that I’ve encountered, mind you I’ve dined coast to coast at Panda Express, that wouldn’t give me sweet and sour sauce in any other manner than individual packets. It’s labeled as sweet and sour, but it isn’t anywhere near the flavor or quality as the sauce from the kitchen.
Getting this sauce from the “kitchen” has been the norm for me at dozens upon dozens of locations across the county. The cashier named “Milan” told me “no, we can’t do that.” I asked why this is, and she replied “you just can’t, it’s only for cooking, you’re not allowed to have it.” All of which was said with a tone of voice I would describe as condescending.
She later gave me 6 little packets of whatever sauce that actually is(they call it “sweet and sour”) but it doesn’t taste the same and it’s in the most inconvenient form factor manner. We had to go back to get more because the minuscule amount of sauce contained in 6 tiny packets was not sufficient for our quantity of food, so we went back again and we were handed only 3 tiny packets. They’re retaining this sauce like it’s unobtainium.
Absolutely poor experience.

they said a plate was 16$ and didnt tell us until we were trying to pay. wouldnt take a coupon and said the online service was down. its sketchy and im just going to tell people the story and hope they dont go bc again, thats weird.
