Ridiculous!!! I don’t think you are getting the clients coming back. You are loosing the opportunity to have a very good business. You product is a Latino favorite in a predominantly Latin community, But you have to pay attention and deliver better satisfying product for that price. I heard about your overpricing and I want to try by myself. I will not be back. I am sorry for you.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service
I visited Churro Mania at Dayland and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I stood at the counter for over five minutes waiting to be helped — and there was no one behind the counter or in the kitchen.
Eventually, I noticed a woman sitting at a nearby table, so I asked if she could help me. She said, “I’m on break, I can’t take you now.” I asked if there was anyone else working, and she replied “No,” and then turned away.
I understand breaks are necessary, but if you’re the only one on shift, you shouldn’t be ignoring customers. At the very least, communicate or offer a solution. Instead, I was met with indifference and left feeling completely disregarded.
I left without placing an order, and I won’t be returning. Churro Mania should seriously reevaluate their staff training and approach to customer service.

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. It takes them forever to get an order out to the customer and today, they gave someone else’s order before me even though I ordered before them. This place is terrible and nobody speaks English. Also, everything is overpriced for items that are subpar and costs them pennies on the dollar. I will never again go to this trash place ️. I would probably be shocked if the owner of this place doesn’t have to use Google translate to decipher what my review states.

My go-to churro place. I have tried different places that are hit or miss, but this place always get it right. Cooked perfectly and each churro is coated in sugar.
I’ve wasted money in other churro places where the churros look cooked on the outside, but are raw inside, or sometimes they don’t put enough sugar, but when I’ve come to this spot its always been good.

I love Churros so I was in the area and had to check them out. They have some of the best churros I have had, and the staff are so nice. So let me try to sum up how good they were (were because, now they are in my stomach). I was walking and eating when I drop one. As I stood there staring in disbelief a tear came to my eye. My wonderful husband turned back (while trying not to laugh at me) reminded me that the churro was not worth my life and to move out of the way of traffic. As he pulled me along I continued to stare at the tragic end of such a wonderful sweet treat. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town. Thanks
