Fantastic and maybe the best Chinese food in Knoxville. Great portions for what you pay. The people working the register are NOT rude. They are extremely busy. Come in knowing what you want to order, or call ahead. It is that simple.

I would give this place 0 stars. Everything about this place was HORRIBLE!!! The lady taking my order kept referring to me as “girl” for one. Two I ordered egg drop soup which had no flavor other than pure salt. I ordered crab Rangoon which was stale and flavorless. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had! Poor service and terrible food! YUCK!!!

If there was a ZERO this restaurant would have it. Steamed dumplings are easy, well known and a popular appetizer… I don’t know what’s more embarrassing- they make them in-house or they out-source them. The wanton wrapper (doughy 1/3” thick , gummy) and the beautiful compact mixture of meat and veggies was a flaccid mix of fatty leftover pork with no vegetables or anything else mixed in. I don’t have to tell you how horrible it tasted. If you make them… SHAME, if you outsource them… FIND ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR!!! I work as a personal trainer @ CLUB4 in the same shopping center and I’d rather starve than eat there.

SIGN SAYS “BUFFET”, BUT THERE IS NO BUFFET. Don’t be fooled! The large banner on the side of the building says, “buffet”, as does the main page of their website. (I think there may also be a sign on the front window or door that says “buffet”, but not positive about that one.) Fact: There has been no buffet actually provided since early 2020, but it’s been consistently offered in advertisements ever since. When I asked them about this, they freely admitted that they have no plans of reopening the buffet in the future, even confessing that they may never open it again. When I pointed out to them that NOT having a buffet at any point for 3 years and having ZERO plans of reopening it in the future, but advertising “BUFFET” anyway, likely constitutes a “bait-and-switch” form of false advertising, they actually retorted by asking, “Where do sign say buffet is open?” (I kid you not.) Additionally, in a lame attempt to divert from the issue, they argued that they have a right to open or not open the buffet, that it’s their choice whether or not to have a buffet (as if anyone is questioning that, or as if that is even the issue). Then they tried to say that the reason the signs saying “buffet” are still hanging up is that they may or may not open it in the future and they want to be ready in case they reopen it at some point down the road (lol).

A good place to get a quick cheap($5.75 buffet, .75 cent drinks) lunch, but its so tiny that if you dont get there when they open, its hard to get a seat. The buffet is very tiny and you have to wait in line and it emptys out very fast so the food is always being put out, but is also empty when people get it to go and take everything thats just been put out. If you get it to go you get a very small to go bowl, maybe big enough for some rice on the bottom and something small on top. Really wish they had bigger to go boxes…i can live with the smaller buffet since it is so cheap.

Whoever wrote the reviews of there food being good must not have any tastebuds. We went there today for a Christmas Dinner, there was no heat which made it about thirty degrees in there. So we had to do carry out. The lady at the window was not friendly at all or order was not what we ordered , the chicken was as hard as a rock. Not good at all. My wife and children were not pleased either. Please update reviews -1

Best Chinese I’ve ever had, food came out steaming hot and was delicious! Panda Express and all the others can’t even begin to compete. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. Great friendly people too.
