Went to dinner tonight and had the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was out of this world outstanding! Charissa I think is how her name was spelled was our server and I have never had an experience like this before. She was attentive, without being overbearing, she anticipated our needs and every single one was met. She kept up great conversation with us each time she stopped by. She seems to truly enjoy her job and it felt like we were her only guests, even though the restaurant was busy. If I could give 100 stars I would. I hope she gets an award or bonus for her amazing spirit.

Every time I go here this place is just such a great place to sit at and enjoy a meal yesterday I had a different meal and I ended up getting a dessert because everything is just so good here and it’s such a cozy place and our server was just great her name was I believe Danna !but we always get someone good ❤️

My recent visit to Olive Garden was genuinely impressive. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had that classic warm atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy a meal. The food came out fresh and quickly, and everything from the soup and salad to the main dishes was exactly what you expect from a solid Olive Garden experience.
What truly made the visit stand out, though, was our server, Thadius. He was attentive without being overbearing, kept our drinks full, and made sure the breadsticks never ran out. His timing was perfect, and he knew the menu well enough to give great recommendations. Thadius brought a level of care and professionalism that made the entire meal smoother and more enjoyable.

Braelyn was amazing tonight! So kind and thoughtful. Food was taking a bit of time and she let us know right away. The manager on the floor stopped by and asked us how we were doing. Very professional and will be coming back!

The young lady that greeted us and seated us was very unfriendly. It was just my dad and I out for my birthday lunch. And she tried to seat us in a room with 2 families with small kids. No offense to the families, but I wanted a quieter area for my dad and I to sit and visit while we had lunch. Our waitress was amazing! The food was great. It was our first time at this olive garden.

Sat us in the nosiest part of the restaurant- yelling and banging of the kitchen door and tray stands constantly, our server was not knowledgeable of the menu and was slow and forgetful. We had to ask for everything. A lunch service for 4 people took over an hour (come on, most of your stuff is just reheated). I mentioned something to the person at the front desk and I was met with silence. Nothing. Definitely will not be returning. Way better options. This was just convenient for the part of town we were in. Never again.

The chicken is so chewy. I keep trying to give the benefit of the doubt and keep ordering, but this last time was the worst. I couldn’t even eat it. I can eat chicken from a tv dinner over this.. I also contacted og on their site and advised of this. Nobody got back to me. Bad business practice. I don’t want to do this, but I may need to try the wdm og chicken again and see if it’s just this locations problem. Maybe not cooking good enough? Idk. It’s bad!

Came with my family to celebrate birthdays. My boyfriend and I both ordered steaks medium rare. We got them and they were well done obviously. We asked for new ones and got them back- mine was rare and my bfs was super rare. I decided to deal with mine and reheat at home, he got a third steak and was told it would be taken off of our bill. His third steak was still not right but he hates sending things back and we were delivered them by the chef and felt bad for him. We get our bill and both steaks were still added, I asked and was told “management wouldn’t take it off.” Basically I didn’t eat my food, boyfriend waited 15 minutes while everyone else ate and then they charged us $50 for awful cooking and waiting forever. Not happy.

Our family had an awesome time and meal for a birthday at Olive Garden, SE 14th st DM on 12-22-25. We had the finest wait staff, Chauncy, that was the best service I’ve ever had. Attentive, kind, helpful, and such a gracious host! Wow! Thank you for the best time and absolutely the best food ever! We really enjoyed it!
