Came in for lunch and decided to try their Chilaquiles Rojos with steak and chicken. Best decision of my life, tasted really close to home. Right amount of salsa, sour cream, avocado beans and rice all under 2 sunny side eggs. Highly recommend.

After driving by Pancho’s and saying that we would stop and try it some day we finally did this past Thursday.
I wish that we wouldn’t have waited for so long because this place is Awesome!! The Food and service are top notch!!
It was so good that I ate all the leftovers for a few consecutive meals and we went back on Saturday too.
Nothing against any of the other local Mexican restaurants but this is now our favorite and can’t wait to go back again!

Honestly one of the best Mexican restaurants we’ve been to and we’ve been to a lot. The choriqueso doesn’t get tacky and gluey after 10 minutes like most places and has a good amount of chorizo in it! My gf got a torta and it was huge and I got the birra tacos and consume and they were amazing, and a great price for getting 4 tacos! Im bummed we live 2 ½ hours away because Panchos would be our go to spot once a week. Our server was also very friendly and attentive, we will be back when we come to town!

I don’t know about “SHERIFF” but there is DEFINITELY a “NEW KID IN TOWN” I do wish the MEMORABILIA from the previous owners was still there, but that’s not what I went there for.
I WISH I COULD MAKE A 1O☆² rating for FOOD AND SERVICE!!!
I just finished my THIRD meal made from the leftovers.
CHICKEN, BEEF, SHRIMP fajita platter.
The meats arrived at the table still SIZZLING, FRESHLY MADE corn tortillas. And an UNBELIEVABLY well made LONG ISLAND ICE TEA.
AND since the waiter (who I think might have been the owner)had recommended the dish told me:”IF you don’t like it, you won’t have to pay for it. “
Prices are reasonable when you look at what you get for your money.
Dinner for 3 drinks for two and MOUNTAIN DEW for all…
Under $70.00, including GRATUITY. Found my new favorite place to go. At least when I want South of the Border PERFECTION!!!
The additional photos are of my most recent visit to Pancho’s.
It’s a LONG ISLAND ICE TEA. Steak on the BEACH, AND their made IN HOUSE to ORDER, tortillas. And my Wife’s SOPAPILLAS

Coworkers suggested this place for Taco Tuesday and HOLY COW were they right about the quality of the food! This is going to be my new regular stop on Tuesdays after work! Reasonable price and good amount of great tasting food!

First time there, the service was great and so was the food! Treated to chips and salsa as soon as we sat down that had a smokier taste, and different texture than the others in town! I tried the fish tacos and they were delicious, so were the rice and beans that came with the meal! The wife tried the “Sope”, one chicken and one pork, and each of them were delicious (yes we tried each other’s meal) and had enough left over to take home for lunch the next day… I will be back to sample more from the menu… Highly recommended….

This is the best restaurant in this town if you ever visit Danville IL Come and stop by here first they have the friendliest and most professional workers in town here. And everything is fresh best nothing comes even close to this restaurant if I can give it 1 billion stars i would.

Food took so long to arrive to the table it all arrived cold, gave us the wrong food, and on top of that it took 30 minutes just to get french fries.. they have had to be sent back multiple times because they not only forget to bring things. Not a good experience for our first time trying it, and definitely wont be back. I would of gotten my food to go if I would of known I would need to heat it back up once it got to the table….ridiculous

Man! Where do I start!? We got the Baja Bowl and the Taco Birria con Queso (I don’t have the name right, so just say you want the Birria plate) Anyway, they were both amazing! We also got margaritas without alcohol. They are basically slushies made with the real stuff(fruit) that causes an absolute shindiggery of fun in your mouth! Amazing! The Baja Bowls are chicken or steak cooked with veggies over rice with cheese sauce AND shredded Mexican cheese and it comes with beans too. Costed 10 frickin 99! The birria! The Birria!! THE BIRRIA!!! 4 corn tortillas with the Mexican cheese TOASTED on them, with shredded beef, cilantro & onion on top! There’s a bowl of consommé (did I spell it right?) in the middle that the beef was in that you dip the tortillas in. I never liked corn tortillas until now. I love these corn tortillas that are made this way for this dish! When I go back for my 4th visit I might try something else reluctantly because these are so good, but try I will. Also the fresh nacho chips are good too. The salsa took some getting used to only because it was warm, probably because they may have just made it. I’m used to cold salsa but the flavor of it is good and we still ate it. 4.75 ⭐ from me (it would be 5 ⭐ but my wife’s favorite waitress is no longer there)

Get the speciality tacos. They are just like ones I had on the streets of Mexico last summer. They cook the cheese first and then put the toppings on. Was fantastic. $1 tacos on Tuesday…can’t beat the price.
