Marion – I’ve always wanted to try this place, sadly it was disappointing. Not very clean, way smaller serving than even Moe’s (bowl, chips, queso). Service was nonexistent. I stood at the counter for several minutes as two employees never spoke or welcomed a customer (they were making to go orders), portion size was small, however price point was high especially for the small servings. I don’t recall even a thank you after paying. I ate inside and the table had dried queso on it, floor needed swept. The food was bland, the guacamole had large chunks of avocado (they didn’t even crush it – shows another lack of interest by the staff). Maybe I caught them on an off day, but I’ll be going to Moe’s (over by Target) or Taco Depot (it’s coming to Marion) next time instead. This was thoroughly disappointing. Stop at Walmart, get a microwave burrito instead.

One of the best Pancheros I have ever been to. The employees were friendly, polite, and informative. I asked for a double wrap burrito but one employee suggested I get a “double press” instead and it was a good call. The food was fresh and of a great quality. The dining area was clean and spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed this Pancheros.

I walked in and did not eat, walked back out. Not a single hairnet or hair-covering on any of the staff with their hair hanging down over their face gross! Poor food safety observed. Expect hair or dandruff in your food.

It was later in the evening and there had been a power outage in the area. It wasn’t too busy, but there was some clean-up going on, which kinda made me question how sanitary things were behind the counter. Fortunately, I was only getting chips and queso.

Marion Location. 5 staff members at the service counter. Not a single hairnet/hair-covering observed and poor food safety observed on the grill. Cashiers taking money and directly folding and serving food. Staff coming in directly and going to serve food without observing hand washing. Eat at your own risk or expect a hair in your food at the vary least.

I’ve been to this location 4 times. Everytime I’ve come here the food was mediocre and the meat looked dry as hell. Honestly instead of eating here go to the one by lindale. Would not recommend this location. Ps if you need weed judging by the smell and looks the night crew are your people.

We ordered 3 bowls and 2 burritos and my son picked them up. They did not have Pico, jalepenos, salsa or guacamole on them. I called the store, they were OUT of all those things. How are you out of four ingredients. AND why did you let me order them if you did not have them. This place never has been great, small portions and inaccurate orders. I would pass.

Friendly employees!!! LOVE the chicken fajita quesadillas!!! Chips and queso are also very good too!!! A pretty nice restaurant for the most part. Only giving four stars because the store could’ve been a little bit cleaner but other than that the food is spectacular!
