Two girl workers with orange dyed hair looking were mad when we walked in, they have an hour to close. Rolls her eyes, was swearing. Forgot my food on the grill. Was very rude to us. And they were all whispering stuff about me and my friends. terrible they need fired. Forgot silverware. Over charged because they were mad.

I’ve been coming to Pancheros for nearly 20 years. It is hands down the best place for reasonably priced, delicious, good for you food, that’s super filling with large portions.

I’ve been a regular this chain since high school, and I haven’t had one disappointing experience. I’ve seriously without any hyperbole, eaten 500+ burritos from this chain and I definitely recommend them because you can build them with all of the ingredients that you want and the fresh tortillas are just absolutely to die for.

This location is a joke. I placed an online order only to sit there for 15 minutes waiting for my order after the listed pick up time. It would have been much quicker for me to order in person. Along with the wait and terrible service the portion sizes at this location are small. I paid for extra steak and it sure doesn’t seem like I got it. I definitely don’t feel like you get what you pay for from this location.

One of the best Pancheros I have ever been to. The employees were friendly, polite, and informative. I asked for a double wrap burrito but one employee suggested I get a “double press” instead and it was a good call. The food was fresh and of a great quality. The dining area was clean and spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed this Pancheros.

Extremely slow service. Stopped in approximately 1:30 in the afternoon on Sunday. Most of the seats were empty, and all the tables were filthy. I had to wipe down our own table to have a place to sit. The cleanliness behind the glass in the serving area left much to be desired. This may have been from a lunch rush. The ladies restroom was out of order, forcing everybody to use the filthy men’s room. Also, the flush handle for the men’s room toilet was broken.

Marion – I’ve always wanted to try this place, sadly it was disappointing. Not very clean, way smaller serving than even Moe’s (bowl, chips, queso). Service was nonexistent. I stood at the counter for several minutes as two employees never spoke or welcomed a customer (they were making to go orders), portion size was small, however price point was high especially for the small servings. I don’t recall even a thank you after paying. I ate inside and the table had dried queso on it, floor needed swept. The food was bland, the guacamole had large chunks of avocado (they didn’t even crush it – shows another lack of interest by the staff). Maybe I caught them on an off day, but I’ll be going to Moe’s (over by Target) or Taco Depot (it’s coming to Marion) next time instead. This was thoroughly disappointing. Stop at Walmart, get a microwave burrito instead.

I used to love Pancheros, but after my recent visit, I’m extremely disappointed. I spent $60, and it was honestly a waste of money. The customer service was awful from start to finish—staff members were rude, aggressive, dismissive, and unhelpful. To top it off, the food was not only poorly made, but it also made me feel sick afterward, it was rancid!!! The place was messy, a lot of cross contamination and the entire experience was a letdown. I’ve always been a fan of Pancheros, but after this, I’m seriously reconsidering ever returning. If you’re looking for good food and decent service, I’d recommend going somewhere else. I would also appreciate a refund, I drove over an hour for this, I still haven’t heard from the customer service line, I highly suggest to you guys to find some new staff!!!!

Wow, 17.00 for this itty bitty bowl. About half of what I got at Chipotle. Decided to try this location after the other ones inquit going to. Kid who made my food was super friendly. I must have been a burden for the cashier.

Sunday at 4:45 pm. Only people in the restaurant, 5 employees that I could see. The preparation areas by the food containers was filthy. It appeared they hadn’t been cleaned all day. The counter by the register and the soda station dirty with food and drink mess. I always loved this location but I will probably go elsewhere in the future.
