The meat is perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection, juicy, tender, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality and the passion behind every cut. The buffet is also excellent, with a fresh and colorful variety of salads, rice, beans, and classic Brazilian sides that make you feel right at home.
The staff are friendly, fast, and always smiling, they bring that warm Brazilian energy that makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is casual but vibrant, and the smell of the grill alone is enough to make you hungry the moment you walk in.
If you love good food and want a real taste of Brazil in Los Angeles, Pampas Grill is a must. Authentic, delicious, and unforgettable, I’ll definitely be back!
The people working here are all very nice, they can explain the differences between different portions of beef to facilitate your choice of meat.
Edit: Went back again today!!!
After weeks of planning with friends that have experienced this place, we visited. The menu is pretty straight forward and if there are pictures of the food, you know it will be delicious. Although my friends had visited in the past and described the different cuts of meat, the pictures really do help. This was the only location with a line and it moved fast.
This is a buffet style that charges you by the pound. With that in mind, FOCUS on the meat not on the sides, something I did not do . The sides were mid, potato salad, garlic noodles and garlic rice lacked seasoning, I enjoyed the tomato salad, the fried yucca and fried bananas. The only side that was worth it were the cheese balls, there is no cheese pull, the cheese is mixed with the dough.
As for the meat, the selection is great, don’t get the chicken its dry FOCUS on the beef. The selection is not overwhelming and again, the pictures really help. The best part is that you can select between rare, medium, and well done. Also, remember, your eyes are bigger than your stomach. Learn from me, all the sides and garlic bread will fill you up before you get a chance to eat all the meat.
All in all, the best part was being able to enjoy this with great friends. I would come again.
Sides 2/5
Meat 4/5 (the chicken is dry)
Service 5/5
Tri-tips were the best in my taste. Sirloin caps were too chewy. Many people ordered garlic beef, and I regret not trying it.
