Chaniyah J is a wonderful waitress I love her great positivity and her energy every time we walk in here is wonderful. I’m glad to have her as my waitress every time I come. they need to have more great example of a waitresses such as her. She’s a hard worker and all different personalities of life.

Overall, my experience was 4.5. I would go to this IHOP again.
What’s great?
– They are open 24 hours, which is great when you need to do homework or job work late into the evening or night. When I am running out of energy I need to work away from home because if I stay home I’ll just give up and get in the bed.
– The food was decent. It’s IHOP so it’s not going to be the most flavorful meal.
– The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was really clean, which I definitely always appreciate. The tissue (both sides) ran out but I let my server know and it was promptly addressed.
– The service was fantastic. My server was very helpful and accommodating regarding my food order modifications and helping me find an outlet to plug in my laptop.
– In terms of the atmosphere, it was peaceful. No loud, overbearing music.
– I was alone. I didn’t have children with me but I noticed that children eat free everyday from 4-10pm (1 free kid’s meal for every paid adult meal).
What could improve?
– I don’t drink coffee so it didn’t make a big difference for me but I noticed that the coffee pot on the table was dirty and probably needed to be permanently replaced. If I did drink coffee I wouldn’t have wanted any out of that pot (see photo).
Overall, this IHOP is maybe a “best kept secret” for late night grub and work or studying. I recommend it.

Food was not ok, we felt something not good in stomach later on in the day and couldn’t eat lunch. It tasted ok, but not sure what went wrong.
Staff were friendly and polite and great location while we took a pit stop for gas at Costco and breakfast here on our road trip.
Would not recommend this place.

The server MaKyla was amazing. She had a nice smile and personality. She was very sweet and cheerful and mindful to be the most accommodating. The food was good I loved the buttermilk chocolate chips! The atmosphere was good.

Walked in at 6pm on Saturday the 7th of February to an empty restaurant. The worker had one AirPod in barely acknowledged us being there and then proceeded to bus two clean tables and sweep a pretty clean floor at a snails pace. We were excited for IHOP too, young couple agreed on a place to eat finally and to wait to be served in a ,and I can’t stress this enough, EMPTY RESTAURANT really screwed up our night.

You can tell that this location struggles with either poor management or just greatly understaffed. We walked out because no one came to are table after 30 mins. No coffee no nothing. The wait area was packed full of to go orders more then guests seated. The service has been like this the last 5 times we come and they to give it a chance. We love IHOP in general. But this location is a disservice.

The food was great and the staff was great. I just wish the staff were treated better 🙁 I accidentally walked in on two separate occasions, in the bathroom to one waitress crying and the other chain smoking her vape with a look of despair before heading back out to the floor and I just felt it in my heart as a former waitress myself what those days were like.

We decided to come to this location after I visited here almost five years ago. My daughter was leery about IHOP but I persuaded her to come here as I thought the service and atmosphere was the same as before.
Arrived around 3pm to be sat at an unclean table area and was literally forgotten about. The dining area was dirty, the tables are worn and furniture especially the booth seating is dirty and stained. We waited with no one coming over to ask me or my children if we wanted anything to drink, along with no activity mats or crayons for the children.
The bathrooms are gross with even my daughter saying how gross the woman’s bathroom was.
It’s ironic that employees kept looking in our direction, but never came over to service us, almost like they were hoping we would leave, at which time we did.
Obviously no one cares about providing great customer service and taking care of the customers at this location. Never again IHOP.
