Five Star rating all around. The food, even though a small sized lunch order, was very delicious. The service was excellent. The atmosphere… a very quick and “sudden” visit. Pulled over across the street to eat as the parking lot here was full with lunch customers. Easy to navigate to and from. Busy place but the service is fast. Definitely will return and would recommend this place to family and friends.

Stopped in today for the first time. Drove an hour to try Pal’s. The people were friendly, professional and very quick putting our order together. The big Pal with cheese burgers came as ordered in good sized portions that didn’t skimp on the toppings. Burgers and fries were very tasty. The chocolate shake texture and flavor was perfect. All food was at the expected temperature. Overall Pals provides great food and service with good value at a reasonable price. Very pleased and highly recommend. We’ll be back! Great job everyone!!

I’ve always loved to come here and eat but today the gravy biscuit tasted metallic. The other stuff was great and the service was great, but I don’t know what was wrong with the gravy biscuit. I thought I should put it out there in case something was up.

Doesn’t understand what light ice means. If my cup is more than 3/4 full of ice with very little drink that is not light ice. You’re charging for ice basically. Ridiculous. And people act like Pals is supposed to be the best around.

Classic burger joint with Mom and Pop old school feel.
I ordered the cheeseburger and hotdog. Everything was fresh, made to order, and hot!
The staff were extremely friendly and kind and made good conversation with me while I waited for my food to cook. It was busy but I didn’t feel rushed and the line moved quickly.
Would definitely visit again!

You want a real fast burger when you’re traveling along the interstate? Drive into pals sudden Service. Drive up the first window and tell her what you want circle the building and grab it and growl. Hamburgers are good and the french fries are really good. Easy in and out.

Staff was friendly and the service was fast, however the food was terrible. This is some of the worst fast food I’ve ever had. Fries were cold and he ham sandwich hardly had meat. We also tried a chili dog and burger which was gross also.
